revenue and expenses that is your revenues are on the um the payments of EV that you have already received and the amount spend on expenses this amount receive is the amount I receive for my evanes that is the evanes that I spend that have been received so the outstanding EV are the EV are the payment that are still outside that my customers have not paid and then the money spent is the money I spent on expenses so now you can also see the overview of your total profits total profit is the amount received the revenue received minus your expenses so that is that that is all what you can see total revenue total spending and all so now for you to make use of your EV software you have to set some up you have to set something up under your setting same you have to set some basic information software so now now it is time for us to add the contact of our clients that is the customer want to S EV to we have to add their contact first before we be able to send invs to them so if you want to add the contact of your clients you go under clients here under this place then you impose the information of your customers I've already imput the information of my customer so if you want to add new clients just press under this add new clients here you write their first name last name their company name and every revance information and you also you must ask their email address because that is I want to send this events to to ours medical so did you is how is meday on the date of the issue day or you can to select any maybe 5 days after the issue day or on a specific day write the specific day that this EV be just write any you want to write there so add the service you want to char this particular customer just for conation 5,000 then you want to add your tax apply tax now so maybe you expenses go under expenses here okay so there are two things you can do under your expenses you can add your vendor that is the vendor that Supply your lead maybe the vendor that Supply you foil or C or office office equipment or whatsoever so from your expenses you can add your vendors so add new vendors here so the company name the first name the account number their email address and all then you save okay that's how to do it I have two vendors then so now to record our expenses now to we got expenses plus expenses here this are on the expenses I've already recorded on my EV soft soqu new expenses press under this then select the category of your expenses my expenses is an ad where I brought HP laptop they add Mas te they add description guys so let add V the V page then why okay 3,000 for the two laptops so now can save that is how to record your expenses so when you record your expenses from this why you call the expenses on this software the expenses will be automatically deducted from your Revenue so now next question another new expenses now maybe I brought um office I brought some office supply like notes pad pens and all that ofice supplies the C again the right description and the add tax then the amount to spend ,000 so from here you have the option to insert your receipt the receipt of your expenses you can let this from here you have the choice to insert
