how i do it is in the next slide assalamu alaikum my name is so today i would like to teach you all about doing a table by using spreadsheet let's begin first i start with cells b2 i insert the id employee name okay the the word this word is not enough to fill in one cell so uh i want to merge it into the two cells step is first i highlight this to cell this is the symbol for merge click this and merge horizontally next all the time okay just do the same because it's not enough to fill in one cell much to to sell much horizontally okay next necessary epf the epf is 11 11 we have a low ones lastly total auto salary all right so let's change this into the table first hide like this refer to the to the previous table the previous slide the table is have six data so i highlight the sixth overtime total overtime for each employee first i put equal is very important for calculation in the spreadsheet because if we don't put the equal symbol our calculation will not valid all right let's say that 5.5 multiply the symbol for multiply multiply with this this three but we don't just put the three we put the uh the cells e3 all right it will calculate by itself so we just drag it downward all of the over time we automatically multiply with 5.5 but how about we uh put equal 5.5 multiply with this this over time if we drag this the other row will not valid it will be the same values so uh if we want to uh if the data is in there are many if there are many data such as 100 data or 100 data we just do like before 5.5 multiply with e3 we can just try it until a thousand or hundred it will easy easy our work so next basic salary all right if you have i want to give this 11 percent from basic salary just do like before put equal symbol [Music] multiply with 11 over hundred you tweak it by yourself and try it downward just like before all right for allowance 100. all right for total theory we need to calculate uh just like before that put equal equal and h h3 plus and press h3 next uh i want to sort this data into uh is ascending or descending first if i want to sort data ascending i will highlight this all of these click data sort range okay let's say that i want to sort with the total salary the value of total salary the salary is in a k column k ascending is a to z so data will sort by itself also for descending highlight all of these click data sub range column k but z to e it will form the bigger one to the smaller one all right next i want to calculate the average if i want to calculate the average i will i will click this function average let's see the average of the total salary which is from k3 from k8 k3 this is the symbol for until so the data will calculate the average by itself average next i want to find the maximum values of the tertiary yes okay matt is the same method click the function maximum let's say maximum form k3 from k8 this is the maximum value for total salary which is 2174.5 ringgit for minimum also same click on function i mean which is minimum k3 unfilled k a so it really showed the smaller smallest values of total salary which is 1232 33 ringgit so let's color the header with let's say i choose a yellow color so the name project name and description so let's take a look to my my invoice all right this is my invoice i have filled all of the details okay and so i like to tell about a due date you did we also can change it by double click and choose the date all right for description first let's say that i want to to write a printing physics book because the project that i have i choose this but this food printing oh yes all right so let's say that description is i want to printing a physique book item number two printing came with is he miss all right so let's say that the quantity i want to use is 1 000 and other one thousand also you need price let's say that also in this enterprise in other currency so i want to change this to my country called currency which is malaysia ringgit first i choose i highlight this all then i will click on format number click on more format and more currencies all right let's find religion ringgit try this apply so the currency will automatically change to the mission we ringgit so let's say that our unit price one units is equal to 45 ringgit for fixed test books and foreign all right this total price also changed by itself when i changed this data all right this is subtotal this adjustment which is 100 ringgit and this is a total if if i want to place the more more description such as printing biology activity books or others i will right click this insert one below so i can just input input the description until how many that i want and next for the next for the logo let's say that i want to put a logo here i will click insert image image uh so let's just image oversight because if i just imagine in cell the image will cannot uh can adjust the size okay let's say that uh i'll show you uh if i choose imagine cell said all right i chose this where many so i can i can resize this yeah between like this so if i choose insert image if i choose the image over cells wait a minute i choose this image oversize okay i can resize this smaller one or bigger one right let's put it here so this logo said i want to move it move it this all right so this is my invoice for uh to download it i just click file download pdf document this uh make sure that paper size is a4 and portrait normal and export all right it will be like this that's all for invoice next for receipt is also the same with the invoice but let's let's see the difference first field the company is the store names the customer buy from pharmacy the address the number all right and invoice we change it to receipt but for receipt we can sell this to cancel and invoice 4 is changed to customer so this is the customer name it's a dress and all right for the description uh okay let's let's say that the customer buy up in the dough panetto and vitamin vitamin c all right quantity for three all right uh this we change it to the measurement ringgit so for my number okay it's already here malaysian ringgit all right unit price let's say that one printer is 25 ringgit and
