collect status that you don't owe any bills and that you're able to discharge your um accounts every month and I think that everyone has been asking me for this video so um I thought why not why don't we uh go ahead and do this video so on the screen here you see a Verizon um remittance coupon um this is that remittance slip at the bottom of your bills this is how it will um look to you all let me go ahead and try to move this down a bit on the screen here so when you're endorsing your coupons and you're executing your do not pay do not collect status inside of my course run that remedy I actually go over the the exact laws that you're able to utilize to get your accounts in that do not pay do not collect status um well for the sake of this video we're on we're going to get right straight to the point on how to endorse your coupons right because that's why you all are here um but what I was stating was you are actually able to demand the bank actually credit your account each month or that they zero it out each month if they violate such laws such as 15 USC 1666 D or laws such as 12 CFR 1026.13 when they violate those laws they forfeit their rights to collect and then you have a right excuse me you have it right at that point so go ahead and turn those uh coupons into checks and these are the coupons here on the screen so once they violate the laws then you have a right to go ahead and turn these um coupons into checks and I show that inside of my course run that remedy um this is what is known as a negotiable instrument and negotiable instruments or checks to you actually right so when it comes to actually endorsing your remittance coupons you're going to be um first I'm gonna go over the back end where you're going to do in the bag so you're going to be selling the back of the remittance coupons with your first name and then the letter R and then Dot so on the back of your coupon it's going to be written sideways I want to show you that in a few I thought some toys only you're going to sign it with your name and then the r and then dot so you're signing it to discharge your debt and then you're going to be putting the laws on there as well so you want to make sure that you write your name in blue ink as it is here on um the screen and also on the back so this is blue ink I'm not quite sure how good you guys are able to see it but this is blue ink you want to make sure that you write your name in blue ink just like you do on legal forms legal forms it's normally done in black or blue ink and black or blue ink just signifies um that it's for the land or C and that's how you're going to communicate with the dead because we as consumers related living when you're endorsing your coupon on the back you also want to make sure that you are um endorsing it or writing it out sideways I'm going to show you that in a moment um just as you do a check on the bottom of your signature once you signed it with their r dot then you're actually going to um put your red thumb print there as well um and you want to make sure that you actually sign it without recourse and I'm going to show that on the bottom is oh it is I'm sorry on the front so pay to the order of and um make sure you're paying for the order of um your self-employing and then um not to yourself head to the order of the building area Department the billing error name here and then you're going to go ahead and sign that without recourse so make sure that you include that here on the front of the coupon without recourse right so then you're actually going to go ahead at that point on the back of let me go to the back it'll make it much easier to explain I'm gonna move this over okay so on the back here see where I said you want to write it in sideways you're going to write bill of credit approval you're going to construct this as if you are um right now to check I'm turning my head to the side so you walk and see what is an idiots that I'm seeing so I've written an X here and then you want to actually put your signature here um the letter r Dot and right here is where you want to go ahead and put that red thumb print and that red thumb print is going to signify that you are assigning this um document when I went it um comes to the blue not the blue when it comes to the red ink you want to get a red ink pad from um Office Depot and you're gonna put that red thumb print there just touching your name just right here touch your name in um red ink and just stamp it to the side like that just take the red ink and just stamp it to the side right here um over your signature and there are DOT so you want to put that red thumb print in there and then you also want to include um UCC 303 that's real three UCC three uh uh Dash 301 which means that uh you are the person entitled to enforce the instrument so you are the person entitled to enforce an instrument which means that you are the holder of the instrument a non-holder in possession of the instrument who has rights of a holder um or I I uh one two three a person not in possession of the instrument who was entitled to enforce the instrument pursuant to this subsection and it states um this law states that a person may I'm sorry a person may be a person entitled to enforce the instrument even although the person is not the owner of the instrument or is in wrong possession of the instrument but when you are uh including the laws here um when it comes to 3-301 it's just letting you know that you as a consumer you're the person that is entitled to enforce the um instrument so going back to um the coupon The Remains coupon [Music] still continue to share my screen one second here okay let's just get picked up a good view of it there we go okay and then right here at the bottom you're gonna actually also um include the law for um the negotiable instruments and letting them know that once they receive it personal to UCC 3-306 at the um negotiable instrument is discharged upon receipt so make sure that you all include that law there as well before you actually execute the billing not to be the remittance coupons you want to make sure that you're putting your bills and that do not pay do not collect status if your bills are not in that status then it may be um a waste of your time to even endorse remittance and send them to the bank you want to make sure that you're going through the proper processes before you actually um are sending me in in your written remittance there's a strategy in the process that that you all actually want to be doing which I cover in my course run that remedy but if you try to take these remittance coupons into a bank and they may tell you that you know they don't know what this is they might look at your coolest it may be a number of um reactions or number of responses that you may get that may not be in your favor so if you are are able to go ahead and make sure that you get on the wait list for my next class run that Remedy by texting the word remedies for 407-30570 let me not say the wrong number make sure I'm getting the right number um I know it's 407-305-7089 so text the word remedy to 305 uh 407-305-7089 and I'll try to include it um on the screen before I actually upload this to um to YouTube but I did want to come on today and show you all how to actually endorse those coupons because I was getting
