everybody welcome to my channel mcj publishing my name is Martina today I'm gonna show you how to insert and voice in your sorry insert a logo in your invoice we are using on Google sheets today this is a series of tutorials I'm doing to creat your invoices using Google sheets okay so here we go it's very simple and this is a very short video okay so as you saw in my previous videos I showed you how to create invoice and how to see with and everything now we're going to customize the invoice a little even more to add in our logo make it even more professional okay sort of do so of course you have to have an image I mean the mobile image right am I going to find locate that that image and insert it into the very document entry invoice so I'm going to in suits click on in suit we're gonna scroll down here to image click on that and then we are prompted to choose an image to upload so I'll click on this blue box and I'm going to locate my image resist which is this one click on that click on open okay so here's my image so what I will do I will click on that and we'll just drag it up a bit sick city who entire image and you can see it's quite large and it also has some of the boxes and these are the points here to the arm it's each each corner each corner and center of each line right as you can see here so what we need to do this these boxes basically helper to resize that image so what I will do I will either click on the corners here I'm doing so it will resize the image proportionately I'll just click on that hold on my shift key and just drag on about that box to resize image and then our quite micro city center the image pull it down and just move that image to where I want it to be like around here I'm Stefan is a big big star just resize it some more but use this and this time there's your invoice adjust position others around here so I'm going to view this invoice that's what it looks like so you come happy with it I'm going to go into file file print just want to view it and yeah it looks fine and if you're not happy with that you go back into your document and three-position that's look again and you can reposition wherever you would like to have it position and just come out from here and that's it for today if you enjoyed if the stew room has been helpful for you click on the thumbs up button leave a comment for me and subscribe to my channel if you haven't done so already okay thanks for watching take care bye bye [Music]
