welcome back everyone Tina here and in this video today I'm going to show you how you can add attachments to invoices or estimates why would you want to do that well sometimes maybe you're running larger projects and there have to be some more explanation attached to the invoice for example project timelines deliverability maybe even terms and conditions now in order to avoid endless back and forth you can now attach the PDFs to invoices and estimates now please head over to payments on the left and then to invoices and estimates at the top please note this feature is available for invoices recuring invoices estimates and estimate templates let's click new invoice let's select a new oneoff invoice then you will have those four options here on the left business customer information invoice settings add products and under additional options if you click the top down menu you will see the new field called add attachments please know that you can add PNG files CSV files or PDFs please note that you can add up to 10 files and not exceeding 20 megabytes that will then be attached to the emails that you will be sending out with this invoice or estimate so here you can either click to upload or drag and drop your files now we've added an image and PNG file here you can see the name of the PNG file let's see if we can add a PDF let's click upload let's add this PDF double click on it and here you can see the PDF has been attached as well now let's send ourselves a test email to show you how that looks like make sure that you're under business and customer information addit recipient and also addit a product and then hit send yep we just want to send it by email hit send send again here we go if you scroll down you can see the two attachments right here please note that these attachments are only being sent within the first invoice that you send out not within the second third or fourth invoice or estimate that you send out after the first one I hope you like this new feature and I will see you in the next video
