[Music] hi there and welcome back to open solar in open solar you can upload your own contract so your customers are signing off on your businesses terms and conditions when they accept your proposal you can do that easily by going into the control zone here navigating to purchase experience and then contract template you'll see here i've set up multiple different contract templates so you can have multiple contracts that you want to offer to your customers depending on who they are to set one up just click on add contract at the top right give it a name then hit save once you've done that you'll see this box pop up just beneath this area here and this is where you can insert all of your term the conditions i would recommend copying and pasting them in generally from a word document to maintain the best formatting once they're in there you can then choose to select auto apply here which means that this contract that you put in will apply to every future project that you'd create in open solar you can also make use of these different buttons here in the text editor for formatting and you can also pull in different placeholders that we have available to you as well so these are dynamic feeds that will pull in content based on the project that you're dealing with at hand so this is where you can set up all of your terms conditions once you've done that hit save and then you'll see if we navigate through to a project as an example here go through to the proposal your customer will be able to see that when they go and select their desired system option desired payment option they'll then click on accept proposal and pay deposit and before they can finish accepting it they'll have to review the terms conditions that you've laid out in that contract template within this area here they'll go through then check off they've read those and insert any payment details to finalize that acceptance thanks for watching this video and have a great day
