hello welcome guys to the first tutorial for invoice for you today I'll be guing you around the basics of the software and showing you how to add your company details so first of all before you do anything you got to sign up the signing up is a simple and quick as adding your email and your password after you have completed this you must press Reg and you're done I'll see you there okay once you have registered you'll be forwarded to this custom dashboard you can customize your dashboard but I'll show you how to do this in later stage you also have your taskbar which has your homepage your income your clients products and reports I'll show you how to add clients and reports in further tutorials in this tutorial below I'll be showing you how to add your company details so to add your company details you have to go to settings and then open up the area called company/ Department in this area you can write in your company name which I have for this purpose done one two three company and then press this to make your short name and that appears automatically you have you can also add your tax ID this is not necessary but I'll add this just for demonstration you can also add your contacts such as your street which I'll add for the purposes of this video These are not necessary but you can add them if you wish they will help you at a later stage while adding your first invoice you can you can also choose your country from many options that's Kingdom you can also add your phone number and your mobile number I will not add the mobile number you can also add your email which is simple I already copied the email I use for this tutorial you can also add a fax ID you can also add any other ones like web pages and contact persons and default notes or invoices you can also add some Bank details which are safely protected by the SSL 1 2 3 4 five 3 2 4 4 818 these are not real just so you know I just made them up for the purposes of this video so once you have all this filled out you can also tick these two boxes which are separate invoice numbering for this department company this feature is available in the start on and onwards which basically separates your invoice numbers from this department SL compan you can also separate configuration from documents sent via email so that they're not sent to this email so you can separate I'll will not take any of those and then you just simply press save you have created your first company on invoice for you thank you for watching have a nice day and be sure to to Che in tune in for the next episode goodbye
