hello and welcome guys to the third tutorial for invoice for you in today's tutorial I'll be showing you how to add products to your invoicing software this is also very simple and there are three ways of doing this the first and simplest way is to go into your products area and press add new product once you're here you have to add a name for your product for example iPhone 5S you can add the product a code to make it easier to find then you can add the net price which is without the extra tax added so for example £300 this will automatically add the tax for the gross price you also have to add a description for your item for example iPhone 5S gray then you'll also have SE more options these are additional options to add more information to your product you can add service and qual restrictions which is part of the warehouse feature this shows how many products of the same product you have available for sale for example let's say we have 100 then you also add a net price again so 300 and this also automatically adds the gross price you count the units in pieces but you can also count the units in different ways but for this tutorial it's pieces you can also add additional info but this isn't required after you have filled out your product information you just press save and you have created now your product the iPhone 5S the second way is to create product while being in products and selecting your already made item you scroll down or stay at the top and you press the add simul this will already keep the information the same but you can change the name here since it has dot dot dot so you can change it let's say this is the iPhone 5 you can also change it product code and pricing and description you can also change its quantity just like the original way once you have done this you can press save and you have another product created this test product was just for the last tutorial if you haven't seen it already be sure to check it out now the Third Way of adding a new product is while adding an invoice so say you're creating an inv voice and you decided you are going to need a product but you haven't already created it you simply type in the name of the product iPhone 4S for example quantity then then and how many pieces of course the net value of the product let's say 200 and that she'll add all of the prices including the gross and that's it after you then press save for the invoice the product shall be added as you can see to this then you can also add extra details when you go in here you press on the item and you press here edit this will make you able to edit the item further but that's just about it for this tutorial thank you guys for watching hope you enjoyed be sure to check out the previous tutorials on invoice for you and most of all be sure to like comment and subscribe and see you guys next time goodbye have a nice day
