What are the steps? What can we do in the work scenario? So Neha thank you for your question And QA is the process of assuring the quality of a product or a project or an application, and it is done by testing the product or the application against the requirements And for this, we need a team We need to do all this analysis, do the creation of the tests, running off test and finding the issues and looking if there is anything against or not in sync with the requirement and then report the issues, get them fixed, and then test again. So all this is done in a QA team So it is basically assuring the quality of a product or an application. Now, if you are creating or if you want to set up our new QA process and the QA team in your organization, I have some points written for you So the first one is note down all the needs of the QA Department So you have to take some help from your other seniors or other teammates and other departments and understand what should be the role, What should be the needs? Why exactly do you want a QA Department? What all they will be testing, how many people are required, what is your project? What is your application? What is your product? What are the skill sets required for a QA team? So this is the first thing Then you have to categorize the processes So what are the processes you will need to do in your QA team?
