so hyped because i was working still at that agency in new york and every morning i would work on my business from seven to nine before work and my co-workers probably were super annoyed because every morning i would run out of my office i'd be like oh i just closed another ten thousand dollar deal i just closed another eight thousand dollar deal because i was getting verbal greens from these clients they were saying they wanted to work with us but what happened is 15 20 days later after i had quit my job after i was a full-time entrepreneur i was sitting at my computer i'm looking at my bank account and it's at zero or around zero it doesn't have enough money to pay rent and i'm on the fence about should i ask my parents for money i really don't want to do it should i go back to my old boss and get my job back like what am i supposed to do and what i realized is it's not enough to get clients to say they're gonna pay you you need to actually get them to pay you money and the best way that i found is aggressively following up asking for the money for sure but also making it easy for them to pay using an invoicing system and that's what i want to talk about in today's video is invoicing and how to always get paid with client invoice tracking and automation and so i'm going to do that by showing you service provider pro it's an invoicing tool that you can use to start and what you do is you link to this invoice either from your home page you can see they have a good demo here so you'd build this using click funnels or whatever and then it would go through and link directly to this order form customized per client and they can go in and fill in their card numbers here so here's what the sample order form looks like and you can actually make this your logo if you wanted you can go through and add more products if you wanted to just so that it looks more like this demo you see how they have the custom images in here it's very easy to use very simple you can even add a little question which is cool signing up for its customers they put in their email or they can sign in if they already have an account with you and then they put in their credit card number and complete purchase and that's that this is what you're creating with service provider pro it's really cool it's kind of half landing page builder and half invoicing tool you can see also it's got monthly rebilling so it's good for software it's good for productized services is the main thing that it's good for so if you're like us and you sell lead generation or cold email and it's a monthly to set up something like this so it actually makes it super easy all you have to do is go in you connect your payment processor so you would log into your paypal or your stripe here and it looks like it might have yeah direct integrations connect with stripe and you're through just sign in with stripe and you're in there's live mode and test mode so you can test all your things then you go through you add a service and i'll show you how easy this is you just say cold emailing done for you i'll say 200 cold emails per month then recurring service 2 000 bucks a month 1700 setup fee when a recurring payment is received keep working in the same order and then what you can do is actually even assign it to a team member i'll assign it to myself and then they're gonna get a notification when a buy happens so if you had a project manager that you wanted to loop in this would be the perfect time to do that then you can edit your intake form which is the form that they see after they buy from you and what this allows you to do is after they buy from you you can ask them questions to set them up so you could say describe your target market you could also say email login and they can put their login right there for you everything should be required field and then you can even see how this form looks it's very very easy here and then they fill this in and then you can't submit a form of preview mode but you get the idea there so it actually makes it super easy to set up there you can also manage your invoices and you can see all your invoices here here's sample service going through you can also create coupons there's an affiliate section where you can either approve everyone to be an affiliate every one of your clients can resell your service or you can choose who to approve as affiliate you can set up your commissions here only on specific services or on all services and then you can start telling people hey if you send us other clients i can give you 15 of
