Hi everyone. Today we're going to walk through Microsoft Planner's Templates feature. We'll be covering how you can use this feature to make the most of your project planning and management efforts. Templates in Microsoft Planner are designed to save you a lot of time and hassles when managing your projects. Rather than having to start from scratch every time you launch a new project, you can simply choose from a variety of pre-made templates that are available to you. This can help give ideas on how to best structure your project, as well as help ensure that you're including key elements that you need in your project plan. To use templates in Microsoft Planner, you'll want to start by launching the Planner Web App. Once you're there, you can select New Plan from the left hand column options. Next, you'll be presented with the option to create a project, either from a blank template or choose one of the pre-built templates. To learn more about any template, click on one to view more details. You'll be asked to name your new plan and you can either find an existing group for it or just move on and a new group will be created for you. Ta-da.
