Excellent eSign product, competitive pricing

Overall we've had a great experience with airSlate SignNow and continue to use it on a day-to-day basis.

Pricing is extremely competitive with a paid plan, and I'd put it up against most other eSign products in our testing. The way it auto-reads the inputs from an upload is mostly good, but at times it's a bit off and needs to be manually adjusted. For a basic form for signature it's amazing, and if you set up templates manually it's also top-notch.

Have been using for over a year now with great success. We use it with Zapier for tenants to automatically sign lease agreements.

Very easy to use, integration with Zapier, good value for money for our business, and most importantly, legal.

Mobile bill format in word for Product Management

the question is how do you create a product requirement document or PRD so PRD is one of the most important documents that you are going to create as a product manager no matter you are working on a small feature or a bigger product or a complex product out there it's generally advisable to create at least a short PRD so that you are able to give Clarity to your team so the purpose of PRD is to make sure that you are able to give Clarity to your designers your developers your upper management your sales team your marketing even different kind of stakeholders and you as a product manager are going to be the owner of this PRD while other people can go ahead and they can also contribute their ideas to the PRD so let me go ahead and tell you what is the structure of the PID so understand this is just authentic structure but this is followed at most of the organization that I've worked for and I have also observed the pids from some of the top organizations out there and they also try to take to follow a similar kind of structure out there so let's get started so now I'll give you a walkthrough of a product requirement document structure I will make sure that this template is available to you in the description of this video for completely free not talking about the PRD the first section is going to be the meta details of the PRD which is what is the title when was this created what is this particular version because understand your PRD is going to evolve it is going to change it's a live document so you should make sure there is a certain kind of Version Control out and then you will mention who is the product manager who is working on the same who is the design POC who is the tech point of contact who is the marketing point of contact there may be other related teams as well understood if anyone is finding any kind of problem in the product they should be able to go ahead and find out whom they should reach out through this document as well so all the plpoc should be mentioned in this particular document now starting with the formal part of the PRD the first and the most important part of PRD which you can never leave in any form of product requirement document is why why are you creating this product understand every good product starts with Y what is the objective for the business what is the objective for the user what are the problem that is going to solve what is how it is going to go ahead and take the business forward so never miss this particular section in your product requirement after this we have how do we measure success so metrics are your compass as a product manager so if your company follows okr or any kind of goal setting mechanism or any kind of goal that are given to you in that particular quarter on the or in that particular couple of quarters or here out there you should mention them over here which is how this particular product is going to achieve them so that you have the business aligned then you can talk about the business metrics you can talk about the success metrics and in the end you need to also talk about some do not disturb or guard treatment for example while you are achieving the success metrics on the OPI app it should not be that other metrics are being affected for example if you improve the ux of a website that does not mean that the latency of the website should affect the should be affected and also if you are looking to get more users on the platform with this particular product it should not mean that the rating of the app or the retention of the platform should be affected so these are just Guardian metric that may show that yes you are taking precautions in order to make sure that whatever is working should not be perfect if you want to understand in more detail about how to set the metrics of any kind of feature I have mentioned an article which I have written some time ago here so you can go ahead and go through this image here not talking about who are the universe this is also one of the most important parts understand users are the most important stakeholder in any business every business exists because they are creating some kind of value for the use and in exchange if that user realizes that values they are going to reward you with money or attention so users have the most important stakeholders you cannot create a good product without understanding your users really well so in order to make sure that you are able to understand the users write the personas really well so that your team that is working on the product they also have the idea that whom we are developing to they can also develop some kind of empathy and in terms of persona it's not very complicated you should talk about the psychographics of the user what are the demographics of the user what they like what they hate what is the context of these kind of things after this you have to identify in detail what are the problems that we are solving and you can paraphrase your problems as needs as problems or maybe you can also use a framework known as drops to be done and then you also need to put some kind of research as in how do you know if these problems exist understand most of the products fails because they are actually working on a hypothetical problem so always make sure that you are having some kind of insight about why this problem exists or actually this problem exists or not so this is what you need to do from the user single if you want to understand more about how to use jobs to be done in five wise framework in order to understand the user means you can always go ahead and look at these type of particles which I have also written now talking about the solution part so now we are slowly moving in from the problem space to the solution space okay so solution spaces first of all you will mention the solution in brief maybe one paragraph or two paragraph the second part is other Alternatives that you have considered while coming up with this particular solution so you might have also considered other Solutions as well why you have considered this one and not the other one how you have done the prioritization so here also you have to do certain kind of stakeholder alignment working with your designers and developers in order to understand the impact and the effort of the product out there and then if you want to understand more about how to use the impact and effort framework in order to prioritize your Solutions out there you can always go to the thing that I have attached over here now we will talk about product flow where we will go into more details of the solution so we will talk about what is the customer Journey how the customer is going to walk through the particular feature how this particular feature is going to fit with the bigger product that we have and how it is going to fit in the customer's life then we'll talk about wireframes and flow diagrams so that people have the same understanding visual understanding of what we are supposed to do or what the solution is supposed to do we'll talk about user stories we'll write the user acceptance criteria so that testers are going to get help whenever they are testing the product and then we'll talk about edge cases and then we'll talk about even tracking sheets so even tracking sheet is a sheet which I'll attach a template to with which you can mention all of the events that the developers are supposed to track so people are clicking on sign up they are clicking on some buttons they are moving through the Journey you should be able to understand in our analytics tools such as mixpanel Google analytics that what people are doing and for that event tracking sheet is super important I have also attached few tutorials here so you can learn about how to create wirefields and figma and what are the best practices while creating the data flow diagrams or the flow diagrams out there then later part of the PRD is going to contain tentative timelines so understand as a product manager you have to create predictability in your team the management is going to ask you for timelines the developers are going to ask when the design is going to get done the testers are going to ask when the development is going to run the marketing is going to ask when the development work is going to get done and when they can get started in the marketing out there similarly the management is also going to ask you with so many timelines you need to make sure that you are creating a very transparent timeline structure so that people are accountable and they also have logic for the particular timeline and then in the end we have dependencies so understand every product even if you are creating a very small product there are going to be some dependencies from multiple teams so there are infrastructure requirement as in what are the kind of system that you need what are the kind of machines that you need what are the kind of resources that you need there are going to be budget approvals there are going to be partner support if you are integrating with some kind of apis or you are having some kind of partnership make sure that they are also aligned and then there are internal dependencies as in if other teams Tech team design teams are also getting affected by this particular change they should also be informed and then in the end we will have the related documents understand in order to create the product there are other documents that are also involved a designer is going to create high fertility wireframes or prototypes a marketing person is going to create maybe a go to market strategy maybe the sales person will create so many templates in order to sell or email or something and similarly that Tech team is also going to create a system architecture or the tech design document out there they all have to be attached with the product requirement document because product requirement document is the source of tool for the whole product even after creating the product if you have any kind of question about the product this product Docker requirement document should be able to answer the thing and then in the end I have also made sure that I have attached like a couple of real product prds for you so one is from product hunt and other is from the Apple airpods so you can read them and you can understand them and see how this particular structure is going to fit over there if you like this video consider subscribing and also make sure that you are sharing this with your aspiring and current product manager friends see you and take care
