welcome to this tutorial in this tutorial we will show you how you can create a money reset using microsoft word so let's open microsoft word and as you can see that we're taking a blank document and in this document we'll go we'll modify the layout of the file so we click on layout and then click on margin and we select the narrow margin and then we click on the size and then we select a4 size and then we go to more paper size and we will select height as three inch and then click ok so as you can see just click on fix and as we can see that we have our desired uh file size the size of the document so let's click on the narrow margin again and as you can see then it's quite okay now so click on insert click on shape click on the rectangle icon and then select a rectangle so on the right side it will be the the one that will give to our customers and on the left side we'll keep it for ourselves so just uh clear the fill option of the rectangle and then position it a little bit okay we'll create a copy of the rectangle and place it inside the rectangle so this is uh just for the border and it will look nice so let's resize the border okay so i believe the border is looks okay now and we will select the weight option and uh we'll make it a little bit thicker so on a side note uh this is uh one way that you can create the money receipt and there is another way that you can use a very easy and free software from play store you can just type cash receipt and you can find an icon with the red color and you can download it you can also find the app by visiting .cacheresit.xyz so coming back to the tutorial we will select uh we'll create a line just next to the rectangle and we'll make sure it is dashed line so so this will be the marker where we can tear the paper okay so now we'll work on the left side will create a text box and this text box will contain the header of the money receipt for the left side so once we create the left side we will use the same information on the right side so we are we have clear selected we have created a text box and we will do some formatting now right click on the money reset and as you can see there is a outline we'll just click no outline so as you can see that there is no outline around the text box we'll move the text box in the middle so it will look nice we'll create a copy of the manual receipt text box on the right side and we'll create another copy we will write the serial number here in the next videos i will show you how you can create a mineral city illustrator so that is more professional and it is you have you have more control on how you can layout the page so it's quite difficult in microsoft word because microsoft word is not a graphical uh software it is used only for writing letters and other documents but it is also powerful that you can use it to make some graphics and create some designs you can also create monero city in microsoft excel i will check if we can create a video on that too as you you have issued or you have received the money receipt from the money receipt is usually given by the person who is receiving the money and the person who has given the money keeps this record and it can be used when you want to refund you want to exchange or you want to just keep track if there is any dispute you can use this money receipt as an evidence that you have paid the money and you have received the receipt it is a very important document that is used in accounting and it is also a very important document if you have paid someone um some money and whether it is a small amount or it is a big amount it doesn't matter but keeping a document really helps as you can as you know that whenever you go to any grocery shop or any supermarket well as soon as you give the money they will generate a receipt and it will have all the details like what you bought and when did you buy who sold it to you and what are the items that you have uh bought from them so this is very important like as if you want to exchange anything to any shop they will ask for you the money receipt so as you can see that we have created almost created the left side of the money receipt which will keep it for ourselves and this is the box which will be used to write the amount of the money so we will create a symbol so for simplicity will create a dollar sign which is recognizable for everyone usually money receipts are generated from different softwares um if you are a big enterprise or if you have a big company usually these are generated from the software itself but um not always uh it's possible for um company to buy this expensive software so for small amounts or any since you are not the generating receipts every day you can create this um word document and it's very handy the best side of this money receipt is that you don't need an expensive software you can just print keep a print and you can just give it to the pair and you can just keep one for yourself for an upgraded version you can use our free cash receipt if you have an android phone you can just download a cash receipt app from our play store so what it does you can just open the app it's free it doesn't need internet and once you download this app you can generate money receipt from it so it is the same it needs the same information but the best part is that it will save all information in the phone and software's it requires a lot of memory and you need a very good software [Music] we're making some small changes okay so one thing in the left side as you can see this the person who is giving you the money he can either give you in cash or you can and they can give you a check so it's better to keep take cash because once you take check it might not um there is a possibility that you might not get the money on time so it's better to keep get money or if you are uh receiving the money in check make sure you write the bank name and also the check number as also or the date of when the check will be dispersed so on the lower right left corner we'll create text box and we'll type the company name and address as well as the number we'll make some alignment and [Music] you can move this company name at the top or on the right or left whatever you want but for our design we'll keep it in the lower left corner but you can change it ing to your wish okay we have copied the text box uh the received from um till the bank date we've copied in the right side so on the right side uh this is the portion of the customer and as if we are the service provider we'll take money from the customer and we'll give them a receipt a receipt is also important if you're taking advanced money from some customers and you can keep it as an evidence that you have received the money from them and they will also be assured that they have taken yeah they have given the money and they can keep that money receipt as a proof if there isn't dispute afterwards so as a customer is your responsibility to keep all the money receives in a safe and good place so if there is any problem in the future you can just show them that you have given the money and this is the receipt and the receipt is very important that you take the signature and the seal of company seal of the person who is receiving your money so we'll we're making some small adjustments so it looks nice so you can use this uh space
