I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. let's open both of them one by one so this is a payment and you can see that the total balance right now in my amazon account is 1267 so if i go down so you will be able to see all the expenses that are positive and that are negative are showing in the form of graph this is the positive money like this money will be in my bank account and this red means expenses like this is the money that amazon deducts from me in terms of refunded sales in terms of cost of advertising in terms of amazon other fees so after deducting all this money if i check the sales of today so 135 dollars will be the positive amount which will be in my bank account so if i look on left side you can see that net proceeds and it's the date of today is 1197 so you can see that amazon is showing me the net amount which i will get after detecting of all the money in terms of expenses amazon expenses ppc expenses and refunds and when i go down so amazon is showing me that this 1197 dollars i will get on the third date of next month and that will take three to five business days to deposit in my account so right now this is the overview this is only the figure like 1197 but how this figure come what was the total revenue what amount amazon deducts from my total revenue and for which purpose if i want to know this so i can just simply download the report from here you can see the fifth tab is date range report so when i click on there i will be able to download the summary report for any date range or any month in a form of pdf or in the form of excel sheet so you can also keep a check on your expenses or if you have hired an accountant to file your tax return so you can just download the file from here and you can just share all those files to your accountant so it will be easy for your accountant to manage your expenses manage your revenue and manage your profit so this is the month of april so let's suppose i need a detailed report for the past month which is march so if i click on generate report so you can see that i can download any summary or transaction in summary i will get a pdf in transaction i will get an excel sheet so i just click on summary and i just click on the month of march if you want to download a report for any custom date range like from 15 february to 17th may then you can just put the date here otherwise if you want to download only for any separate month so you can just select the month from here and then you can just click on generate and when you click on generate amazon will show you that the action is in progress so you have to wait for 20 or 30 seconds and after that when you click on refresh you will be able to download the report in pdf form and then you will be able to see and monitor all of your expenses all of your revenue and all of your profit so when i click on refresh you can see that this report is available for download and when i click on download this report is already downloaded in my computer so when i click on this report you can see that this is a pdf report and when i go down you can see that all the details about the expenses like how much amazon charged from me for the gift wraps that my customer requested how much amount amazon did that for refund and returns how much amount i'm also direct for ppc and other expense and at the end how much amount i got for that particular month so these kind of report are really good for the accounting purpose so if you really wanted to know the exact profitability of your amazon business then you must download these reports every month and do your analysis so as you're discussing the report today so let me just give you another quick tip as well which is also related to reporting so when you go on your seller central click on reports click on business reports and from there on the left side you can see that detail page sales and traffic if i click on this one so you will be able to know the exact number of clicks the exact number of impression in the exact number of sales date wise your product get so this is a super important and super cool tool to just keep a track on the sales and on an impression and on the click of your product so you will be having a clear picture in your mind that on which day of which month your product get x amount of impression x amount of click and x amount of sale so for example before your product was getting good clicks but right now your product is not getting good clicks that means there is something wrong with your main image there is something wrong with your title or there is something wrong with your ranking that's why people are not clicking on your listing so if you keep doing your analysis like this so you will be able to improve the quality of your listing so as you can see here this is a table and if you go up there's a graph so if we see the columns in this table are the number one column is for date number two is ordered product number three is order units like for example on six main you can see that i've got only eight orders and the revenue was 271 dollars and on 7th may i've got 13 order and revenue was 41 dollars so out of that 13 sales you can see that the total session over 59. like 59 people click on my listing land on my listing and out of that 59 13 people purchases which is a very good ratio number and if i see the buy box is hundred percent and the same goes for every day till today and the total revenue for this month is 10 100 in this way if you keep a check if you keep a track on your accounting and on your business reports it will be super easy for
