welcome to Nets with tips and tricks in today's video I will be sharing to you guys a high level guide on customizing the advanced PDF template to start go to customization forms Advanced PDF or HTML templates in this page you can select what a specific Advanced PDF template would you would like to customize for example let's customize the invoice template in the advanced PDF for HTML template page we have two sections the new element and the style section in the new element it allows you to add elements such as Fields text box image table and other elements that you could explore while in the style section it allows you to format the text and tables inside the advanced PDF template and now let's start to customize the advanced PDF template so for example you would like to add a new table for you to do that just go to the new Element Section and click the table icon in the table properties you could add rows columns you could also customize the weight and the height of the table you could also add some header you could um customize the cell spacing the cell padding the Border size and also the alignment of the table and after that just click okay and as you can see we have already added a new table and for example you would like to add a text for the header of this table you could just directly type it on the cell or in the cell so we have memo and in the cell for example you would like to add the memo field just go to the new element add or or um click the plus icon and type memo and select that field and as you can see it already added the memo field okay so for example you would like to um format at the memo field here you could just do it by using the shortcut keys in your um computer or laptop so for example I would like to cut this and paste it to this uh to this um other field then just click crl X and go to this field and click contrl V and for example you would like to make this field Bol just highlight the field and click contrl B and if you could uh if you would also like it to be italic just click control I and there you go and for example you would like to um delete cells add rows and add more columns you could just directly go to the um cell that you would like to add right click your mouse and you could see here other formatting that you could explore such as cell formatting where you could insert cells merge and split cells and also um insert rows and delete rows and also insert and delete columns so for example you want to delete delete this column just click on that and then right click go to the columns formatting and then delete columns okay so for now this is all that we've got and a and now we have a new Advanced PDF template
