hello in this tutorial I will show you how to send the email to the admin using bitform let's begin in the bit form dasboard I have already create a contact form to edit this form either click on the 3 dot icon then select edit form or directly click on the edit option below the form name first navigate to the settings section then select email templates now click on the add new template button here specify the name and subject of your email template in the email body section you can write your desired email content you can easily map all Fields using this option you also have the option to map all Fields using a table for better organization and data management you can customize the form fields to suit your specific needs you can also include smart tags based on your purpose then click on the save template button now go to the conditional logic section click on the conditional logic button set the condition based on your purpose under additional actions select the email notification option here you can choose your previously created email templates in this section type the recipient email address and press the enter button Additionally you have the option to select the admin email then click on the update button let's submit the form once your form has been successfully submitted please check your mail for confirmation here you can see that the email has been successfully sent to your inbox please ensure that s SMTP is properly configured in the app settings section to ensure that the email will be sent otherwise the email will not be sent that's all for this tutorial see you in the next video thanks for watching
