I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

stating what we're gonna do on the job so it just like I said it's very brief and I want to use key wording to you know kind of just you understood and still that this is a professional piece of information that I'm sitting over to you to the client and things like that so PT G stands for paint painting and I also always put you know that abbreviation on the bottom here so people can understand your living room LR sense for living room dr sense for dining room and meanwhile keep in mind this is all on my iphone I'm doing this all for my iPhone you know I don't need to get to a laptop or anything like that it's just as simple as you downloading Google Docs and you know having that app on your phone and just you know getting straight to it when someone wants to be quoted on you know space in their home so it takes no time to actually get this created so your this video right here took roughly nine minutes for me to go ahead and get this quote prepared and I actually did send this off this is just gonna send this to myself just to show you guys how to properly do it yeah when you're making your quote you know you just want to get straight to the point you don't want to use a lot of unnecessary filler words because I've done that before so I'll just get straight to the point and letting them know what's gonna be done and so on this portion of the quote this is the inclusion sport portion which means this is the work that is going to be done this is you know not showing the things that so it is only showing the things that we spoke about during the walkthrough and the consultation and things like that so also I like to use no pretty pretty vivid wording you know just to show the you know the professionalism and you kind of also want to make a sale during during this time you want to have it pretty appealing so you can you guys can feel free not to use this layout or you're just wording or whatever or how it fits towards your you know your liking and your skill set because I did get this layout from I'll get a mentor of mine you know kind of pointing me in the direction of how to keep these things credit really quickly so I definitely just went from his system and you know kind of put my things here and there things like that but this has been the best you know gets it's a good conversion rate on all of my you know when I send out to prospects and things like that it's pretty good conversion rate and people can read it pretty simply get good feedback and things like that on it so like I said you guys I can't feel free to use this template as well and also with the Google Docs you can create your own templates and things like that so you don't have to you know keep recreating the things that are gonna stay the same with each you know with each quote that you create you know you just need to change into good selfies my changing the filler words and change the information that's different with these jobs and things like that but all the things that stay consistent you can just you know copy the whole quote and then you go ahead and just changing the wording and things of that nature so it's very fast very quick you don't have to get to your workspace like it's what office or whatever to actually get this created definitely worth the while to use Google Docs to get your estimate system and a very brief quote system developed this is just what you're gonna send to I know our prospect that just now you know meeting you after you get to a consultation and things like that or even if somebody's wants a free estimate really quickly and using this to them based off the information that they that they give you so this part of the quote it this is called the exclusions and the exclusions this is the area where you're going to include that you're not going to be doing a specific surface say for us up in the inclusions we said that we're gonna paint only the walls so in this section you're gonna explain that basically for us we're gonna say that we're not going to be painting the ceilings nor the trim indoors and things of that nature you know just to explain to them and have it written down on these other areas that were that we agree that I am NOT going to include into this quote and it's very important to have it written down and have our understanding upfront know cuz once if you land this job you're going to do a walk-through with them and you're gonna go over everything so hopefully you have that already explained and established that this is something that we both agree that was not going to be done so it works out well for me and gives me a clear understanding yes because it happened quite often ly that a person may want to add some things and you know maybe add in the ceiling now or paint our door here and there so this is the area and the clarifications part where you just mentioned that so anything additional will also be an additional charge also you make sure that you also like I've put down there you've seen it I included all paint materials this price includes all paint materials I said you also need to let them know as well when you are speaking with them just kind of constantly make sure that that's understood because they say a lot of times people still make it ask so at this time we're gonna go ahead and send this over what I'm gonna do is send a copy of this you know doc right here send it PDF form and it's gonna pull up my gmail I'm gonna be able go to my gmail and sitting through that method and and just kind of create an email from this point I'm gonna send it to myself just for video purposes it's make it much easier and yeah I'm just gonna put in the same thing for the what it is into your repaint yeah and it's gonna make it real simple wording not gonna think too much into it a lot of times a lot of people might just want to make a fancy email you know you do want it to kind of be friendly and you know get straight to the point and say state what this is but you don't have to get too wordy I'm not here it's gonna let you know what you're getting in this email and I'm and I use the same or the same format every time so I don't want to keep recreating the worth it's not know if it's not flat or whatever I would say so yeah and like I said this is all from my phone so it actually just pulls up the wording and makes it even that much easier you know but it's already just stated in there and that's what I'm starting to do right now as you can see and so it's very very simple way to always be on top of sending your quotes over at a timely fashion you know once you get someone that is looking to get just some work done and they want you to send them a quote by sending their quotes of them the first the fastest out of the competitors of whoever else they seem to have gotten a quote from there's gonna look good in their eyes that you send it over in a timely fashion you let them know that you really mean business and things like that and you're serious about you know getting started with their work so it's sending over and it's just that simple thanks for watching guys take care
