Convenient interface, easy to modify and cheap. Everything works as expected, and we have had zero issues using the program. And if there are any issues, or something needs additional editing we just go back into the program and quickly fix the issue. The form builder is easy to use and easy to modify the template. The drag and drop field editor makes it easy to work with as well. We use airSlate SignNow though email, iPad App, and mobile App for people to sign waivers and contracts through it.

[Music] we've made a change to the billing process of digital drop package in tmaps by adding the ability to partially invoice a package for example if you are a nested employee or the manager of a nested employee and need to invoice a customer multiple times during the lifespan of a job and not have to create a new job package every time this is for you so take for example my job package i have selected here i'm ready to invoice for the first time i'll come up to my submit to invoicing button choose a partial invoice and the field that's required will be the week ending date i can enter in comments here and this comments field will be pushed to the new billing collection and m-files as the additional notes field i'll confirm and i'll submit now that my partial invoice is complete a few things have happened a billing collection has been created in m-files [Music] i can open up this record and show all the details of my partial invoice [Music] the status of the job package has changed to execution and this new invoice column that we've added under the job package documents grid [Music] has changed to indicate that i have invoiced these particular documents already another thing i want to point out is if you need to add the same document to a job package multiple times if those files are copied over from my quality drive into the job package they will get renamed and copied over successfully [Music] so now i want to add a few more documents from my repository [Music] and go for a complete invoicing now [Music] so i'll choose job complete and the fields that are required this go round are weekending date as well as last field date [Music] confirm and submit now that it's finished i've got two records here under my billing collections window [Music] and you'll notice that only the files that i added have been invoiced [Music] and the way i get to that window that i just closed is through this history button here that's been added next to the submit to invoicing button [Music] now that i've done a complete invoicing my status has changed to invoicing [Music] we've also added a third opportunity for invoicing cold lost opportunity [Music] selecting this status will submit your package to the billing center for jobs that did not pan out for one reason or another the billing center will receive the documentation and process any transactions that occurred ingly the status will be there after set to lost opportunity thanks for watching and let us know if you have any questions [Music]
