YouTube what up though Jer credit welcome to my YouTube channel thank you guys for taking the time to check out this video it's about yo I don't do Goodwill letters right garbage my personal opinion garbage right but I'm G share with you all why I don't do them and maybe you can use this it's not really a strategy a tactic I guess it's probably is right but it's for Education purpose only okay people so I'm going share some information with you all again that I'm using credit rep when challenging or disputing or whatever late payments okay um but not Goodwill letters I I I just Goodwill letter to me is like begging and let me ask you something would you rather beg or demand think about that all right you know after you hear this information right you know have to answer right now maybe you maybe you like begging right that's why I look at Goodwill letters because that's all you're doing is begging right I'm not a beggar I don't like begging right I demand or I acet right because accurate complete and verifiable and procedures if it's if it's all four I accept it got to move on from it we can build around that because credit repair is not all about disputing negative information first of all is the negative information you got to identify inaccurate incomplete or unverifiable information right not just because it's negative but what's inaccurate what's incomplete what's unverifiable did they comply with all the procedures okay that's that's you know that's what it's all about we on some Grown Folk stuff here people if you on my channel you on some grown fol I'm just gonna tell you like it is you like it or not that's how it go people accurate complete and verifiable and procedures whatever if they did that then that ass was just late right you you know you was late you just didn't you got to accept it right you get mad you got to accept it but so let me jump into it education purpose only again right just sharing information I'm going use this credit report here right here as just training purpose okay people again not the promise or guarantee anything okay and people I don't share letters I don't have time to review all the letters that you guys are sending me want me to review I don't have time because when I start doing that guess what I'm doing credit repair I don't accept clients so you know I got aund something emails I still have to go through and they just building up every day but I will get to them so let's let's just use in this case right here we're going to just forget about all this other late payment we're going to go with for training purpose 01 2022 January 2022 you see the 30-day late payment reporting okay let me explain why I don't do good Bo letters so again I'm G say you can use a c the credit report this's account right here a copy of it as supporting evidence or do or supporting documentation upon submitting your dispute with a consumer reporting aeny and especially with a furnisher of information all right throw that out there okay so so now what I mean by that by using a credit report because all we got to do this is the payment history this is what the status that they're reporting but this is account history right you see that payments and stuff so I'm G to go right here to January 2022 it said 30 days late and I'm gonna look right here scheduled payment amount was $3.99 the actual amount paid 3.99 and on what date 0128 2022 so even if the payment was due on January 1st and it made on 20 on the 28th like I've been saying always count the days from the due date right 28 days is that 30 days 29 days is that 30 days nope so they can charge late fees but this right here I'm using a credit report so I'm gonna Circle this right here and I'm G draw a line I'm G Circle this right here and in my letter I'm gon to make it short and sweet right late payment reporting on Old 30-day late payment reporting on 01 2022 is inaccurate right is inaccurate payment was made within 30 days of due dat modify to report on time no I didn't say delete modify to report on time that's my whole dispute to any consumer reporting ageny all right and all all my disputes are different because that's just what I was thinking of off the off the Dome five minutes later I may be thinking of another you know way verbiage or whatever I can use all right that's why I say just come up with your own people because what you don't want them to do all right when you use those letters I mean think about the Creditor getting the same letter 100 times they're going to build up a defense to that it's like an immune they can now they know how to fight that but you coming at differently you know saying it's in your own words because everything is Case by case so in this case right here why would I send a Goodwill letter begging when I have supporting documentation supporting evidence to demand now I'm demanding compliance to the Fair Credit Reporting that because right now this inform right here does not meet the requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act because it it is in fact what inaccurate so again would you rather beg or demand so check that on your credit report eifax has it too TransUnion some accounts they'll have it they'll provide that to you especially if you go on annual creditreport.com okay see what I'm saying so now let's just say though let's play The Devil's Advocate let's just say this thing was said one 31 2022 and the payment was due date was on the 1st then that would be well that's accurate but that's accurate but you still should do what verify because they could have that's maybe the 31st is when they process the payment remember ing to the fair credit billing act they have to um promptly apply the payments right promptly that's the key word promply okay but the Fair Credit billing Act only is only applicable to open in credit this right here is would be you know Auto it's auto loan so that's installment credit so you can't use the Fair Credit billing act on that or you can but it only applies to opening credit okay so but what happens this you know if it's accurate again you're going to verify right once you verify that means you count the number of days from the due date when the payment was made don't just take take their word for you have your own account right um your bank account or whatever you paid that made that payment to um money order or whatever hopefully you kept the receipt when you mailed it off hopefully you you mailed it certified so you have proof that when you mailed it out it's not up to you when it when the post office or whoever delivered it as long as it's post what it called it postmark or whatever you got the postmark of the date that you in fact mailed that payment and it was within 30 days of the due date or if it's outside and that's when we got to go to the Fair Credit Reporting that okay remember so if you have supporting documentation like this especially you got a print out from your bank account or whatever with all the other information blocked out except for the information related to that payment to support that you can do that too but again if it's accurate then we gonna go to the fair credit putting that I'm G show you guys more information on why I don't do Goodwill letters again I don't like I why would I beg if I can demand we're going to go to um section 623 responsibilities of furniture of information to Consumer reporting adenes about 30-day late payment we're going to go to paragraph a duty of furniture of information to provide accurate information and we're going to scroll down to seven A7 which covers negative information okay I put this information out before but people still EMA emailing me I said you didn't watch the video I'mma do it again right negative information right so well we I'm G kill a myth real quick we don't want no wolf tickets right videos going around about I'm reporting late payments on your credit report is illegal and violate your consumer rights and all this other stuff all right I'll be a huckleberry we're going to go to g definition for purpose of this paragraph the following definition shall apply the term negative information means information concerning a customer delinquencies well lo and behold late payments insolvency or any form of default okay so enough of the wolf tickets right we don't want we we're not buying those wolf tickets they can sell them people we but we're not going to buy them okay um we're going to go to right here notice to Consumer required okay required so now you got to think requirements of you know the Fair Credit Reporting now that's what we're trying to determine if any financial institution that extends credit and regular and in the ordinary course of business furnishes information to a consumer reporting agency described in section 603p furnishes negative information to such agency regarding credit extended to a customer the financial institution shall provide a notice of such Furnishing of negative information in writing to the customer people we're not talking about that pass du notice oh no uhuh this is beyond that this is y'all remember the late payment that reported in 01 2022 right and we saying that well D you were late okay we submitted the dispute to the to the bureaus again we expect verified as accurate be surprised we get deleted or modified right because they gonna go with that money back this is how it go but we weaponized verified as accurate now now we're going to get into weaponizing verified as accurate on that late payment that 30-day late payment that we would just saw on the credit report we're going to weaponize it with this just just what it just said it's not the pass due notice the financial institution shall provide a a notice of such Furnishing of negative information which we we already went over the definition late payments in writing to the customer it did not say that does not mean the pass due notice no that means once that information report on the credit report they have to give you that notification saying that they just furnish negative information on your credit report at adverse action did you get that oh guess guess what when do they have to do it the notice required under sub paragraph a shall be provided to the customer prior to or no later than 30 days after y'all remember so 30 days after that um late payment that was reporting in 01222 so we know by February by the end of February you should have that in writing did you get it that okay furnish the negative information to a consumer reporting AGC described section 603p okay again why do I have to beg when I'm going to demand I'm demanding now compliance to the Fair Credit Reporting that because at this time if I didn't get that notice does that account does that not account does that 30-day late payment that they reporting or furnish does it meets the requirements of the Fair Credit Report requirements does it meet the requirements of the Fair Credit pting act no it doesn't so they're not they're going to they have to modify not to say it's on time because it can't say that you on time because guess what you weren't on time they can do that but they have to do another status we can go over that but here I gotta say this right here before I go to the next thing notice effective for subse um submission after providing such notice the financial institution May submit additional negative information to a consumer reporting ADC described in section 603p with respect to the same transaction extension of credit account or customer without providing additional notice to customer so all those other late payments or whatever they don't have to provide that notice okay got it okay so now so we this this is going you got to verifi this accurate remember we going straight for the furniture now or you can you know request a reinvestigation from the consumer reporting ADC me I'm going straight to that furniture because I know that you know the bureau is only reporting what's being furnished so I'm going to the source see it's Checkmate when you can check the source of information not the consumer reporting agencies so we're going to go to a um eight now ability of consumer to dispute information directly with the furniture and we're going to go with d paragraph D here sub paragraph D submitting a notice of dispute people you have to do these three things here identify specific information that's being disputed explain the basis for the dispute and include all supporting documentation there go that word again required by the furniture to substantiate the basis of dispute so we're gonna kill another wolf ticket right I already know because I've been in plenty credit repair courses and it it's going around right even telling clients know we we don't have to um We're not gonna give them nothing right we we gonna just you know what I mean we don't have to give them the credit of nothing because they should have this and they should have that all right if you don't want to comply to this right here you gonna get what's called a stall what they call a stall letter but what really who's stalling the individual submitting the dispute because the dispute was not in compliance with The Fair Credit Reporting Act and they're going to determine that dispute frivolous or irrelevant why because this paragraph shall not apply after the person receiving a notice of dispute from a consumer reasonably determines that the dispute is frivolous or irrelevant including check this out by reason of the failure of the consumer to provide sufficient information to investigate the disputed information go back to that I told you go back to here listen to them wolf tickets if you want to it says right here identify specific is being disputed okay go back down here because it says or yall see that or the submission by a consumer of a dispute that is substantially the same as a dispute previously submitted by or for the consumer either directly to the person meaning all right direct notice of dispute or through a consumer reporting ADC under subsection B with respect to which the person has already performed the person's Duty under this paragraph or subsection b as applicable so you see what I'm saying right there in black and white people so when you get those star letters or whatever you got to read what you know read what it says because it could say well you didn't give us you know um relevant information right or you submitting the same dispute over and over again we don't have to do an investigation so the only one stalling would be the individual submitting a dispute it now again which one would you rather do I'm about to show you guys some on it so stick with me I'm about to show you something to look for on the credit Port some slick stuff right but which one would you rather do would you rather beg or demand all right that's all just a question just want to see who paying attention to detail who's who can interact with the credit fiend or now I'm trying to help as many people out as possible I'll be like yo put at least put in the comment section then you know what I mean like I ask everybody to put in there uh you know n Nike if you learn anything new on that video n most people didn't like everybody knew it all like all right not saying I know it all but I know it's some information that most people just did not know but they would did not put that n i ke in right simple instructions but which one would you rather do put it in would you rather beg or demand now let's share some let me share some other stuff with you guys all right um let's go to this credit report right here so again you see this right here okay okay 30 60 990 120 15 50 180 charge charge off and look no more charge off charge off charge off charge off because that you know that's not accurate reporting technically it's supposed to be a CLS then ND but we'll take that ND right it's better than saying charge off charge off charge off charge off but that's not what this what I want to show you guys this is a credit card account I can't scroll up any higher because the person name this is a credit card account right y'all see the credit limit or original amount was 300 high balance 657 correct okay check this out any information I'm going say this again now any information report on the credit report can be disputed correct I'm going tell you some stuff that people Overlook look right here the original amount right here the original amount of this account was what 12274 is that accurate is that reporting on the credit report can I dispute this right here it's reporting on the credit report then let's go to account balance what does it say 4860 right 48 45 4,000 again what's the high balance you see what I'm saying people overlooked that they were Overlook that this information and it's like it's right there people it's right there all right but here we go just to prove that why I say that supposed to be a CLS because the account closed so they supposed to report a CLS then no data but okay so just want to share that all right so now y'all know why I don't do Goodwill letters and you can check your the information on your report or the reports that you're working on and look for it why are you submitting um why are you begging when you should be demanding now demanding compliance of the Fair Credit Reporting that so remember if it's like that right if you were late but they didn't give that notice they're not going to put they're not required to put that the account was on time but they can put that no dat those are neutral status no data for Equifax and experience and in off not reported for TransUnion simple right that's it people all right so hopefully you guys like the the information whatever and hopefully you know I really hope that it helps someone you know what I mean that's all I that's it you know you you know it's not about the likes no more people it's about the information about the impact I'm getting back to my roots right got my leader hat on do you have yours on I catch you guys on the next some peace
