so now we want to go ahead and create the actual automation sequences so let's go ahead and go to the automation zits well as well now the first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to create this structure first so that way you can see and that's how I usually build out my automation I build out the structure and then I fill in the details later on right so let me go ahead and create an automation by clicking at the top right I'm gonna choose start from scratch and it's gonna prompt me what's going to start this automation what's going to be the trigger so I'm gonna do tag is added and I'm gonna do invoice sent and there it is right there alright so when that tag is added it's gonna start this automation okay so the first thing I want to do is I want to go ahead and wait seven days okay now seven days from the date that that the tag was added now it lets me go ahead and name that name the actual automation name it something so send payment reminders to customers with invoice sent tag stop when invoice paid okay now I like to be descriptive as possible because sometimes you don't want to jump into the automation you want to go ahead and actually just look at it and jump in there from there all right so now we're gonna wait for seven days and then we're gonna send an email create an email and I'm gonna call this payment reminder payment reminder that's the invoice payment reminder I'm gonna call it we're gonna do gain okay no I'm not gonna create the actual email or in front of you because whatever message you want you know you just go ahead and just do that but I do I am gonna swipe some templates and you know what I'm gonna go ahead and duck see just if you want some of those templates I've just come to my page I'm up with the link inside the description so that way you could just swipe some of those templates and you can use them for your stuff plus you know what I also set up this automation so that way you can clone into your automation if you want as well so let's go ahead and just create email and let's do this one will be logic right here and we're going to save and exit save oh heck apparently I chose the wrong one so um hang on so let's do another one let's do send email create new email my is it in there is in this drop-down yes it is game save alright and the last email we're gonna do a fear alright alright okay cool so just like I mentioned if you want some of these templates I'm gonna collect a bunch of templates and you could just easily download it from me I'm gonna go ahead and just set that up so you guys can access that all right so now wait for seven days I'm just gonna copy single action so 714 copy stay at the current position whatever okay now we're gonna go ahead and set up a goal and the goal will be when invoice invoice paid tag is added now we're gonna go ahead and do add to goal we're going to contact details tag invoice page remember it's got to be the same exact thing you set up in the Zap in the previous video okay I want to click on save okay and um you know we're gonna do let's just continue anyways um you don't know this is to end and this automation alright and I'm gonna tell you in a second why alright so invoice pay tag that's the goal so now I want to go ahead and I want to remove both tags I want to remove where's your contact I'm gonna remove invoice sent tag because I'm gonna be reusing this automation over and over again so we're going to remove invoice sent and we're gonna remove invoice paid as well okay now we're gonna end right here it's just a good practice I like to end it cuz I that's just my OCD now I also I also have a deal section so that because I have that go like well like kind of like a Trello style board in here where we're gonna go ahead and put this account back into a different status so we updated stage we're going to go to the operations thing I'm gonna go back into in progress okay so that way we know that we know that what one might when my project director sees that they are no longer in a pending payment section they know that it's safe to continue working okay so now what we're gonna do also is going to update the stage here now we're going to do this we're gonna do pending payment right here so that way I can see that as well and and that's it so that's how the automation is set up and very straightforward make sure that once you're ready to launch this campaign you turn this on by clicking active and then you go from there alright if you enjoy that video you know I'd love for a thumbs up and if you want more videos like this subscribe and hit that notification bell as well so that way whenever I update upload or add additional videos you are in the know alright talk to you soon right
