hey welcome back guys so today on this video we are talking about PayPal and more specifically I'm going to quickly answer a question I've been getting a lot recently on my other video and that is how do you send an invoice with the PayPal app so let's go ahead and talk about this first off guys this is going to be a really quick video there's really not too many steps involved so be sure to stick around to the end of the video but why would you want to send an invoice with the PayPal app well that's pretty easy PayPal is an easy way to send and receive money you can also invoice your customers so that way they can pay with their credit card whatever the case is it's a pretty easy process it's handled here in the PayPal app it says blue and white one right here check my video description I'll try to leave the written instructions there as well but I'm going to open up my PayPal app now okay guys I went ahead and opened up my PayPal app this is the home screen now here on the home screen if you want to send an invoice with your PayPal app first you want to click on this button down here on the bottom right called request it's in Orange okay so once you do that you're going to see a few of your contacts in PayPal however in order to send an invoice with PayPal you need to click on this button right here called send send an invoice to get paid okay so once you click there you're going to see this screen and in order to send an invoice with PayPal first you have to click on this blue line right here called bill2 okay so now you can go ahead and type in the email address that you want to send the invoice to so you do need to ask your customer or your client for that so let me go ahead and enter an email address in off screen okay so I went ahead and typed in an email address that I'm going to send an invoice through PayPal to and I'm going to click on this blue add button okay so now the invoice has a email that I'm going to send to next you need to choose the currency I work in US dollars but if you click on the button right here USD you're going to see all of the different currencies that you can invoice through PayPal so go ahead and choose whatever applies to you I'm going to leave mine on US Dollars okay next you need to choose how much the invoice is going to be for and what it's going to be for and you do that by clicking on this blue ad item or service button right here okay so here in the section you can just manually type in what you are selling so let's say you're saying selling a travel service we'll just type in travel and the next you want to type in how much you're going to bill on this invoice so we'll just do one dollar color once you've chosen that go ahead and click on this blue add button to your invoice okay we're almost done so we have the item or service who we're sending the invoice to and the currency next this is optional but I would recommend you add this in because when your customer receives the invoice it may not know what it's for even though we put travel you might want to put trip to Italy or trip to Brazil whatever the specific travel is and that way it jogs their memory they know what the invoice is for once you've done all that you can go ahead and click on this blue button and that way you can send the invoice through PayPal let me go and click on send okay next you get this confirmation screen saying that you have sent your invoice through PayPal to this email right here and let me go ahead and switch over to my email and show you what that Paypal invoice looks like okay so here is a copy of the invoice that your customer is going to receive so it lets them know who the invoice is from how much it's for so in order for them to pay that your invoice through PayPal they just click right here don't worry they do not need an account with PayPal in order to pay your invoice they will have the option to sign into their PayPal and pay with their PayPal if not they can go ahead and choose the option to pay with their credit card or their debit card so there you have it guys if you're wondering how to send an invoice with PayPal that is the easiest way I know how to do it if you know an easier way be sure to leave a comment below let the rest of us know how you did it hopefully you found that video useful if so click thumbs up or maybe consider subscribing to my channel and I hope to see you on the next video thanks again for watching
