inside curly braces so every element in this template which is put in a curly braces are the elements which are going to be replaced from a database which I'm going to show you in a while and this is the entire template that we see over here which we're going to uh utilize to generate the PDF documents and for the database part we have the entire PDF uh database elements over here like the client name the amount column the bank name the client address client company so whatever is mentioned over here for every row of information it will be populated in the template side and it will generate a PDF for us how exactly are we going to do this for this we're going to use PDF output when you log to PDF output you will be able to see this screen interface that you see over here once you log in you need to go to the help section by clicking on H there are certain steps that needs to be completed to enable the API keys in order to use this entire setup once that is done then you need to Simply type in the name of the connection we need to define the name of the connection so let me Define invoice uh generation I'm going to type something over here invoice generation okay then I'm going to click on this drop down and select the particular invoice so in this case the invoice name the database name over here is professional invoice database so I'm going to Simply type in uh I scroll down you can see the item one the amount colum and terms and conditions everything that we have over here is automatically mapped to whatever was mentioned in the database okay as we have over here so when you are building this connection make sure that the element names in the placeholder matches the uh column name in the database if something is not matching it will come like this in a gray color simply click on this and you can search for the exact value if it is available so in this case it is client address click on this and it has mapped the same now let's click on export okay once you do that you can see in this database at the very end there is this PDF status column which is unticked okay right now once the PDF files are generated it will automatically come ticked over here and then the PDF output will generate on its own okay so let's wait for as you can see it is getting ticked one by one so once it is getting ticked all the PDF elements will generated and now we can just click on preview sample to see the output so here you can see how clean the output has come which is all the elements that we need to see as per the database that we had listed so it is Acme incorporation and all the address and everything has come up so invoice number three so if we see the database and we match the invoice three records which would be this one the top one we can see that this Acme International and uh Acme corporations everything is exactly replaced in the database in the template that we wanted to have okay now let's go back click on download all once you click on download all all the files are downloaded let me open up the files so that you can get a quick glance of what uh we're going to see so once I open up the PDF file you can see everything that has come up clean for your use case Okay so this is the exact inverse template that has come up and if I open up other templates you can also see uh different templates that has come up okay so likewise you can utilize PDF output this is the name of the site which you can utilize and you can simply connect your notion database and notion template to start generating PDF documents okay so one more
