When I started my business, I needed to find a digital signing solution for a low cost... so even though I had never heard of this program, I decided to give it a try instead of using one of the more well-known digital signing programs. My business is small, and I don't need digital signing on a daily basis. So, the lower price very much attracted me. And ultimately, I'm very glad I gave it a shot. It has definitely met my needs and is affordable. Also, there was one occasion when I needed to contact customer service because I changed my e-mail address, which caused a billing error. I sent an email to customer service, and the issue was resolved very promptly and easily.

The program is quite easy to use and navigate. And it appears my clients find it easy to use as well. I've never had any complaints or questions from them.

In my rental property business, I need to have all tenants for each property complete and sign about 8-10 lease documents. airSlate SignNow allows me to create the documents in Microsoft Word with text tags, create conditional fields, custom routing, and signature expiration dates, automatic reminders, etc. airSlate SignNow allows me to process these documents remotely and without paper.

Ability to create documents in Microsoft Word using text tags to automatically transform them into fillable templates when I upload the documents. I can then create document groups and custom signing order, which works great for signing real estate property leases.

hey guys welcome to today's video which is all about how to book more clients and actually grow your photography portfolio if we haven't met yet hello my name is Heather and I am the creator of the book photographer calm every single week I put out content for photographers that like you who want to attract their ideal clients and get booked so whether you're brand new in the industry or if you've been around for a while if you want to become a full ebooks go ahead and click the subscribe button alright so let's go ahead and dive on it how do you actually book more clients I get this question all the time it seems like marketing is the number one struggle that I hear from photographers every single day so in today's video I'm going to give you two very very simple marketing strategy so that you can book your calendar with your ideal clients now for the purpose of this video I'm gonna make the assumption that you already have a priceless set up and you know what to tell prospective clients when they asked you how much you charge and I'm also going to make the assumption that you've already photographed a handful of clients already so let's dive into that first marketing strategy and it's so simple you can actually start it as soon as this video is done the first marketing strategy is to simply reach out to all of your past clients and ask them if they are interested in an upcoming photo shoot I personally do this with my high school seniors every single year in my business my seniors book meets during the summer of their the summer before their high school senior year and also that fall and then that following year in the spring I reach out to every single one of them and offer a family portrait session this is so easy these are clients who already know my work they know me they know the pricee they know the process they are from they're very familiar with what and to simply offer a family session to them and I thrown a little incentive to book them and sooner rather than later many of them are happy to jump on that and look out a spring or summer family session before their daughter heads off to college in the fall when you reach out to your past clients I encourage you to start off that conversation and build rapport ask them how their life is going ask them how their children are doing ask them what's new in their life and then after you build rapport ask them if they're interested in another photography session that year you can simply say are you interested in dot dot dot fill it in with whatever kind of photography session you want to do so let's do a little example here let's say that you are a newborn photographer at about 11 months ago you photographed a newborn baby and you had a great session so now it's coming up on that baby's first birthday what you could do is you could reach out to that mom start asking her questions see how she's doing see how the baby is adjusting and sleeping and growing and then you can invite that mom to come back in and to have a first-year cake smash photos done now that her child is a year old and so simple as saying are you interested in a cake smash session you could even throw in an extra incentive some sort of deal to honor those repeat clients and it's a great way to look out your coming months with clients you already know you like you and love you so go ahead and reach back out to every single pass by that you have ever had and asked them if they are interested in obsession with you now the next strategy that I would like to share with you today in order for you to book more times and actually grow your photography portfolio is actually something called model calls this is a very easy way to market your studio and I have done it many many times in my past let me add explain what a model call is a model call is basically a deal it's something where you as a ographers offers something for free something of value to a potential client in order to get them in front of your lens this makes it easy for somebody to say yes there's no barrier to entry it just gets them in front of your lens and a new person for your portfolio usually this means that they do not have to put money down first but this does not mean that it is a free session I personally like to compliment offer a complimentary or a way to session plus is some sort of money towards the prints and products that they can get so if I want to let's just say if I want to start photographing newborns and I have zero newborns in my photography portfolio at this moment what I could do is do a model called offer a free session for a newborn in order to build my portfolio and instead of giving all the digital's away for free which I would never recommend I offer them some sort of money a product credit or a free credits towards the images or the digital's or the products that they would like to purchase so what this would look like is they could get maybe the free session maybe one or two images for free and if they wanted more images they have to buy those but they also get something for free it's a win-win for both the client gets a little bit of something for free you get a new face for your portfolio and also you have the potential to make an additional sale off of your model call now when I have done model calls in the past I personally do not require my clients to purchase anything I want them leading with images that they love but they are also not obligated to spend any sort of amount with me but the important thing is is that you're not giving away every single image for free you have a potential for sale later on now in my online coaching programs and also when I work with photographers one on one I clearly lay out this strategy for them I provide the scripts the emails but what to say and when to say and then also how to shift a model cost line in order for them to actually want to and be excited to purchase additional images from you in the past my model tall clients have spent upwards of $2,500 at my studio and that's simply because I gave him incentive to get in front of my legs low barrier to entry and then I simply shared with them what they could get afterwards so there you have it two simple marketing strategies that you can start using right away in order to grow your photography business and build out your
