I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

hi guys i'm rita and in this episode i will show you how you can issue a pro forma invoice on sage accounting to issue a pro forma invoice you need to either go through quick links and create a sales invoice or you need to go through sales section and click on sales invoices we need to create a new invoice pre-fill details as you would do for when you would issue a sales invoice so either add a new customer or select one from current ones available on your list select your invoice date and due date reference number if customer have requested to use one otherwise leave blank invoice address and delivery address can be still amended product and service we can select from one of available from the list or we can create a new item which we will need to specify if that is a stock non-stock or service item in my case i will just select one of available on my product item items we can change ledger account if we want if this is sales order or if you have specified anything else like services or maybe it's just products you can still change it here okay so we need to add a rate for example i will add 300 pounds and we can add a discount here if we would like to give to this client to discount add the notes and terms and get the terms and conditions and if you wanna charge for delivery in this case i have no delivery charge client would come and pick up by themselves now to issue a pro forma we would need to take or select save us and change to perform invoice so once we are happy with this one we can attach a support document we can save save an email directly to client to email directly to client you need to make sure that email address has email address has been added to this client's contact card so i will click save and proforma invoice have been created so let's go to our sales invoices and when i look on my list this invoice at the bottom is proforma and it also states that it's proforma so this is the way how you can issue a performer invoice to a particular client or a new client if you have any other questions feel free to reach out to me also if you want to start using sage accounting software to record your business transactions i have left the link in description section below to my full sage accounting tutorial
