hello everyone and welcome back so in this section I just want to show you how to um you know customize um like the the the the form Styles like so here we going to click on that so we go to this um like you want to customize your invoice your receipt you know so this is what we are uh going to do so let's see here so here you can click on edit that perfect so here as you can see it's just saying fix it allo parts and then there's the phone number and then the um but we don't have any address there so we have to fix that so um here you can splash some colors can add some unique colors like here I'm just going to choose that and and font type I might want to use maybe you know vertical I think it's it's good scoot that way okay perfect uh maybe I I might want also to add a logo okay um but for the time being we don't have a logo but we would use this one to edit if you want to edit the quantums uh we we click that and then here we can edit you know whatever we want um like here we saying this customization will appear on info estimate SS at the C of credit note to also include the terms due or expiration date which is okay so um let's add an address there okay so let me quickly do that so to add in address I'll come here account and settings right account and settings so account and settings as you can see here I can click on this okay so we don't have a logo at the moment so here um same as legal name let me see contract also some details there so here company phone that will show same as company email so save and then we go to company address okay so we can just put so we can say corner corner arari street and Bank Street you know these are just fictitious addresses day and then we can say arar just like that okay um maybe let's say Harari U let's say maybe Zimbabwe there and then we don't have a zip code in Zimbabwe so z0 there cuz we don't have that um okay so I can say and and then corner like this perfect same as come address same as so I'll say save and then click on done okay such that if we click on edit that to appear so as you can see we now have that address there okay so you can see we have cact business address and all that which is fantastic so we just seling um a logo there but it's fine then let's say but now if I build my customer let's I want to add a discount there's no option to add a discount here at the moment so I don't want to do some journal entries I just want to add it on there so that it shows so for now let me click on done and let's uh change let's put it discount there so let's go here and then choose con settings um here we don't have so we go to Advanced so we are saying accounting first month of the year we can change here like January um so we assuming that our financial year starts in January then we've got company type text form ch accounts enable account numbers so here it depends if you want them then we say pre forms enter invo bu activity in currency um what else do we want here um M currency that's fine debt what if when me when I enter that's already when me when I that's already been used for the supply when me if duplicate sign me out if in active perfect so let's look for when we can add um when we can add a discount where is it so enable track class track locations automatic invoice um organize or related want me if duplicate number is used one me if I enter that's already been used let me see cuz it us to be here you know the discount thing let me just click on this one invoice and build activity preview forms no we don't want that uh where is the discount thing here okay that's fine let me let me come in here under [Music] sales okay so here it is so under sales we have got the discount so here um discount we have to turn it on so perfect then I'm going to save that and then I'll click on done perfect so which means when we go to edit that discount button needs to appear okay like here you can see discount 2% and all that which is is great so here perfect so we can just preview that in a new page uh let's see what it looks like let's see what it looks like now okay so this is uh what the invo will look like which is fantastic then we can click on done perfect perfect so I think now we are good to go so I don't think if there's anything that I haven't shown you um yet so I think uh this will get you going um yeah perfect so I think let's go to the dashboard okay which is great and I think we are all set to um start working in Quick Books um um online plus so see you in the next section where we are going to uh start entering our transactions
