hi my name is Char from KBB connect and in this video I will show you how you can raise a sales invoice to a particular project first of all we need to select the project we would like to raise sales invoice 4 then we click on sales invoice option we presented with this particular dialogue to create the new invoice just click on new invoice here we can specify description complete account number and nominal code press save this creates a new empty invoice for us to add items in into the invoice just click on invoice items and if you would like to invoice for the whole kitchen we just click invoice all items it will populate the invoice with all the items in in our quotation and in our order then we press close and to preview our invoice just click on preview invoice option here as you can see we have our invoice here generated with invoice number invoice date account number and job reference with all the items and with also totals as you can see here it's very easy to modify the invoice by clicking on kitchen units and let's say hiding the individual prices for example we can then open this invoice invert or just press print button to print it and give it to the consumer then we click close close if you would like to see what kind of invoices we raise for individual projects we can just click on the invoice button down here and here down here we can see what's the price of the whole job and amount invoiced ideally what we want both prices to be the same if I click on a different jobs as you can see there is no invoice raised and no amount invoiced as well thank you very much for watching watching this video
