welcome to this demonstration of the reliable dealer solutions web portal in this demonstration i will be showing you how to access a quote or finalized agreement that was previously entered as well as how to create a remittance form as a reminder to access the reliable dealer solutions web portal you want to go up and enter .rwdealers.net once you've accessed our website just enter in the username and password uh that you were previously provided either by email or phone and once you've entered in that information you can either click on log in or click on your enter key now once you're on the main page or the home page of the reliable protection website to access a previously quoted agreement or a finalized agreement just click on the contract tab once you're on this page you will see all the agreements or quotes that have been entered in for the purpose of this demonstration we're going to go to this very first one of the earliest agreement and i'm going to click on the blue link that blue link will take you back to the contracting page on the contracting page you can again access a copy of the agreement by either selecting view or download now in order to create a remittance form for this particular agreement you're going to go to the new remittance tab once you once you're on the remittance screen you'll see a query button up here where you can select the contract types that will appear for remittance it could be all which would include gap and vehicle service contracts or you can select just gaap or just your vsc contracts for the purpose of this demonstration i'm going to select all now the agreement that was finalized is now appearing on this screen here if you were to click on the blue link here that takes you back to the contracting screen to create the remittance form you want to be sure that the check mark is in place for those agreements that you're remitting payment for once you've selected those agreements that are being remitted click on the create remittance button this will take you to the next screen again you'll see the contract number in blue by clicking on that link it'll take you back to the contracting screen in order for you to view your remittance form you can click on view or download or click on mail check followed by clicking on mail check again this will bring up a separate browser window where you will find a copy of the remittance form itself the remittance will demonstrate who is being remitted by which would be by your dealership who it's being mailed to in the address the date and the remittance number on the remittance itself you will see any of those finalized agreements that were selected in this case you will see the customer's name the contract number the date the odometer the year make model last six of the venn and the dealer cost with a total demonstrated below at the bottom of the remittance form you will find the address to where those remittance the remittance needs to be sent to you want to make sure that all checks are made payable to reliable protection and mailed to 16845 north 29th avenue suite 544 in phoenix arizona 85053 now this is something that most dealerships do on their own however we can add this to our monthly remittance schedule where our office will prepare the remittance for you and send it to your location at the email of your choosing and of course to the appropriate person if you'd like to have us prepare the monthly remittance form for you please let us know by calling 877-538-5858 use option two to reach any of our staff or you can send us an email at sales at rdsag.com that's the end of this demonstration i certainly hope that you find it quick and easy a method of remitting payment if you do have any questions please do contact our office again 877-538-5858 option two or contact us by email at sales rdsag.com thank you very much for your time
