[Music] [Applause] [Music] look one of the first things i want to work with you on and talk to you about is we want to look at at least you know three to five of your water damage invoices now what most companies do is they send me uh between two to ten thousand dollar water damage claims so you know usually like uh a category one category two category three uh something that's going to go through insurance but biggest thing here is um we want to make sure that i can get an idea of where you're already at what you guys are already doing what you're already billing for and if you so if you could send those over to me email me over uh you know three to five of your water losses uh that and if you can the ones that have taken place in the last uh say 30 days if possible 60 days max but i don't want jobs that are from you know two years ago or six months ago because that's what you were doing back then i want to know what you guys are currently doing now on water losses and then you email those over to me and i will yep yeah yeah so what i need you to do is just send me the xactimate file or if you use an encircle file whatever you use with your photos and your xactimate or if you don't use xactimate just send me over your line items that you're using on a bill that you've submitted to insurance
