I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

hi I'm Emily hi I'm Kat and in this video we're going to talk you through how to set out invoices on your account if you've already set up booking if you're using booking already that means you should have some regular schedules for your children set up this is the data that invoices will draw on to access invoices click on the booking tab at the top of your screen and then we're going to head over to config on the left hand side the reason we're going to go to the config tab first is because we need to make sure that we set up our funding types and configure our invoices we'll also need to assign pricing to our sessions let's start by configuring our invoices once you've clicked on the config button then click on invoices at the bottom of the list on this screen this is where you can set what information shows up on the PDFs that you generate of your invoices as it says on the screen we can start by setting a header and a footer as it says on the tin the header will appear at the top of your invoice and the footer at the bottom for example you can put your backs details in the footer text what you can also do on this screen is set your due date this will be the number of days after an invoice is generated that it will become due the default is 14 but you can set it for whatever is appropriate for your setting once you're happy click save next let's set up our funding types to do this just click on the funding types option that appears above invoices when you first get to this page you'll see that it's blank but once you start adding your funding types these will appear in a list the main thing to remember about funding types these are only for your reference you can apply funding types to a child's regular schedule but remember that the numbers you put in here will not affect the way that your invoices are calculated now we're going to click on the add funding type button this will bring up a pop-up box the first thing that you can enter here is the name of your funding type and underneath that you can also add a description for it if you would like by default the status of the funding type will be active but if you ever want to remove a funding type you can go in and edit it and change the status to inactive you will also need to add a rate so this will be the hourly rate that your funding type is set at so fill this in in the hourly rate box you can also choose your start date if you want to delete an hourly rate just click on the red delete icon on the right hand side once you're happy save your funding type the last thing that you need to do in the config area is assign pricing to your sessions so just click on the sessions tab from the config list here you'll see a list of any sessions that are already set up on your account if you don't have any sets up then please refer to our setting up booking video tutorial to get started click on the edit icon to the right of the session you wish to add a price to the name of your session will appear at the top of the modal as well as any description as well as the time of your session you'll see just like with funding types there is also the active and inactive boxes at the bottom this is where you're able to add your pricing for the session now there are a few different options for this here you'll see you can choose whether your prices are for the whole session or per hour the next option depends on whether you set your prices depending on the child's age or not if you want to set a price by the child's age just select this tick box the first option is for not two years old the next option is for children aged two years and the last option is for children three plus years and each box just adds the correct price for your child's age once you're done click save at the bottom foreign
