hey guys what is going on madatha entrepreneurship here and in today's training video I wanted to basically show you guys a really simple and cost-effective method for sending anything to your clients via mail whether it's an invoice for lawn services or snow services or a renewal contract a letter or anything that you are going to send to your client and you want them to send something back whether it's payments in the form of a check or a signed contract a quick survey whatever may be that you're sending to your customers and I'm going to show you how you can do this without having to go spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars on getting custom envelopes made but you can just use playing stuff just from your local office supply store such as these number 10 security envelopes which cost about 30 bucks for I believe about 500 or a thousand of them as well as just plain blank security envelopes for the return addressed envelopes so let's just get right into it okay guys so we're looking at my computer screen right now this is just an invoice from 2015 winter season with plowing and salting shoveling and I deleted the name from the invoice for obvious reasons but basically we're going to be doing is having that printed out and we need to get that into an envelope that will look professional to send to our client which is in this one and we're going to make their address and name all that sort of stuff appear right here so that way it gets sent in the mail very easily and then we're also going to be including an envelope that is already addressed you get sent back to our mailing address whether it's a peel box your own house mailbox at the UPS Store whatever it may be and we want it to look as professional as possible and we want our method to be very very cost effective so we have these two different custom stamps both with our company address on there and each of these stamps can be made from one of the big websites like Vista prints or I believe these came from custom stamps com something along the lines of that less than 30 bucks or the two of them they'll last a long long time and basically what you want to do is take these smaller one I don't remember the exact dimensions of this but this is the one you want to use for the return address on your envelope that is going to be sent to the client and so we go down stamp it just like that and then for the one that you're that the client will be sending to us find it spot right in the middle stamp down and we're right there good to go so now we just need to get this document printed here okay so we have our invoice printed out and with our return envelope what you basically want to do is fold it into thirds so that way it can fit into your envelope and you'll also want to fold your invoice into thirds so that way the address of your customer is showing in the window so we have our printed invoice or letter whatever it may be that you're sending to your client print it out their name address city and zip are all right there in the window so that the Postal Service can see easily where it needs to go you put your stamp right up here if you're in the u.s. you guys are outside the country I'm not exactly sure how your Upper Canada does their mail it's probably something similar but we're good to go here with our return address to our company we have our invoice as well as our return address envelope in the mailing envelope and then we will just seal it up and boom it's ready to go and so just like that our letter or invoice whatever's is what we're sending is all set up and ready to go and it didn't cost us very much I mean maybe cost us 35 cents 40 cents for that whole set up right there if that obviously the stamps gonna cost 50 cents to send here in the US but you don't need to go out there and spend hundreds of dollars on custom envelopes unless you really really want to if you have the budget to do that then go right ahead but if you're in the startup stage or you don't send very many things via mail this is a great option because the stamps cost 30 bucks 40 bucks whatever it is you can get a ton of envelopes just like the ones I showed in this video for less than 50 bucks for a thousand or 1500 of them depending on your store that you'd be going to but anyway if you guys liked this video be sure to hit the subscribe button below give us a like on the video as well as follow my Instagram Facebook snapchat all that sort of stuff on social media and with that being said we'll see you guys in the next video
