Hi. I'm Max Dalton, and in this video I'm going to talk through how to pay your Charter Spectrum cable, phone, or Internet bill online without using automatic payments. Spectrum (formerly known as Charter or Charter Spectrum) makes paying your bill unnecessarily difficult. Spectrum doesn't make it possible for customers to pay their bill through a mobile app, and it doesn't let customers set up a preferred card or bank account to pay bills, which forces users to enter their card or bank information in full every time they need to pay a bill. If you're a new Spectrum customer, finding your way to where you need to go to pay your bill the first couple of times can be difficult. This video walks you through where you need to go to pay your Spectrum cable, phone, or Internet bill, and the steps you'll need to walk through to make a payment. Step 1. Open your Web browser and navigate to .spectrum.net/login. You'll arrive at the Spectrum Sign In page. Step 2. Enter your Charter Spectrum username and password in the corresponding fields, and then click the blue "Sign In" button. You'll arrive at your Charter Spectrum Account Summary screen. Step 3. Click the blue "Make a Payment" button in the Billing section. You'll land on the Billing screen. Step 4. Select either "Amount Due" to pay the full amount of your bill, or "Other Amount" to input an amount other than the full amount that you want to pay. In this example, I'll choose "Amount Due" to pay the full amount of the bill. Tap "Continue" after making your selection. Step 5. You'll be moved down to the Payment Date part of the Make a Payment section. Choose to either have your payment processed today, or define the date when you want your payment to be processed. Tap the blue "Continue" button after making your selection. You'll move to the Payment Method section. Step 6. Tap to select the payment method you want to use to pay your Charter Spectrum bill. You can choose from using a credit or debit card, a checking account, or a savings account. After making your selection, enter the required information associated with your selection on the right side of the Payment Method section. If you choose to use a credit or debit card, you'll need to provide the card number and expiration date information. If you choose to pay through either a checking or savings account, you'll need to supply a routing and account number associated with your bank account. Tap the blue "Continue" button after making your selection and entering the necessary information. The Review and Complete Payment section appears. Step 7. Scroll up through the previous sections to ensure all of the information you entered is correct. After verifying what you entered, tap the blue "Make Payment" button. You'll briefly see a screen with a green check mark that says thank you for your payment, before being returned to the Billin screen, where you'll see the Amount Due reflects the payment you made.
