okay welcome back guys so today on this video we are talking about stripe and more specifically I'm going to quickly answer a question I keep getting a lot recently on my other video and that is how do you send an invoice through stripe so let's go ahead and talk about this first off guys this is going to be a really quick video there's not too many steps involved so be sure to stick around to the end of the video but why would you want to send an invoice through stripe well that's pretty easy as you know stripe is a popular way to get paid from your businesses online and sometimes you have to send your customers an invoice so they can pay it whatever the case is it's a pretty easy process it's handled here in the stripe app it's this purple and white one right here check my video description I'll try to leave the written instructions there as well but I'm going to open up my stripe account now okay guys I went ahead and opened up my stripe account this is the home screen here now here on the home screen if you want to send someone an invoice what you want to do is click on the payments button down here on the bottom left it looks like a little dollar sign once you click there you will see this menu here at the top and what you want to do in order to send an invoice with stripe is click on invoices right here once you do that it will show your invoice history how however in order to create a new invoice you need to click on this purple plus icon here on the top right once you do that you will get the option to create a payment link so that way your customers can click on the payment and pay your invoice so you want to click on this line next you want to go ahead and choose a product that you are going to be invoicing for if you don't have a product you can go ahead and click here on add a product once you've done that you can go ahead and fill out this form so we'll just do test product and then you want to go ahead and enter the price so we'll do ten dollars here you get to choose if it's a one-time product or if it's some sort of a recurring charge if it's a recurring charge you can choose monthly weekly every three months six months so I'm just gonna do one time here you can go ahead and add an image as well and that way your customers can reference what the product is and then click on ADD product okay so we have the product in and we're going to click on this purple continue button you can add in more than one product if you wish to do so for that invoice okay once you've set that up you're going to see this confirmation and you want to click on this purple create link button down here at the bottom okay once you click there you will see this so you can go ahead and and share this link for email text messages however you normally share your payment links so let me go ahead and click on copy link okay now the link is copied to my clipboard so I can go ahead and send that out let me show you what happens when they click on the link okay so once they click on the link this is the invoice that they will see so they can go ahead and enter their email credit card information and make a payment for the balance which is right here so there you have it guys if you're wondering how to send an invoice through stripe that is the easiest way I know how to do it if you know an easier way be sure to leave a comment below let the rest of us know how you did it hopefully you found that video useful if so click thumbs up or maybe consider subscribing to my channel and I hope to see on the next video thanks again for watching
