My overall experience with this software has been a tremendous help with important documents and even simple task so that I don't have leave the house and waste time and gas to have to go sign the documents in person. I think it is a great software and very convenient.

airSlate SignNow has been a awesome software for electric signatures. This has been a useful tool and has been great and definitely helps time management for important documents. I've used this software for important documents for my college courses for billing documents and even to sign for credit cards or other simple task such as documents for my daughters schooling.

hello i'm simon blanco senior account manager at dln associates the leading name in quickbooks custom solutions and add-ons today we're demonstrating the bulk transfer of sales order to invoice custom add-on in quickbooks by design when transferring a sales order to an invoice you would need to select order click a button transfer to an invoice imagine you have a task of 200 sales orders to be transferred to invoice you would need to click 200 times to get that done this add-on will allow you to select all 200 orders click a button and the program will automatically transfer all 200 sales orders into 200 invoices simply as that please allow me to demonstrate first step click order button the program will populate a list of all open sales orders on screen this add-on supports multiple selection criteria and it will allow you to group all open sales orders easily choose customer name the program will provide you with all the open sales orders for that customer then click select all click accept then hit the button add to invoice second criteria is ship via selection via option then click select all accept and finally click add to invoice also this add-on supports multiple selections for the ship via option the program supports the import of a list of open sales orders in excel this is extremely convenient for the companies that sell its products on e-commerce platforms that need to transfer a large number of sales orders to invoice daily do that first click import order button then browse and then select the required excel file click import button the program will perform a validation to make sure that all open sales orders from excel are eligible to transfer to invoice the first column here on screen indicates three sales orders that can be transferred the second column shows a sales orders that do not exist in a system at all the third column indicates that this particular sales orders have already been closed so is not eligible to be transferred to invoice please now click accept button and the program will automatically highlight and select all of these open sales orders then click accept again the add-on supports three different methods for creating invoice numbers the first option offers using the original quickbooks invoice number sequence the second option is for applying the sales order numbers as an invoice number for example if you choose this option the sales order number is 10. when it is transferred to an invoice the invoice number will also be done and the third option allows you to use a designated starting invoice number for the above three sales orders transferred to invoice the first number would be 8888 the second invoice number would be eight eight eight nine and the following would be eight eight nine zero when you're ready just click add to invoice at the end of the transfer the add-on will provide you with the status report displaying what sales orders were transferred to invoice successfully also the number that was created for that particular sales order at the end of a successful transfer the program will automatically close the sales orders also the orders are now linked to their respective invoices the custom field functionality is also supported under this add-on at the moment the group item in the sales order is not offered this has been a demonstration for the dla bulk transfer of sales order to invoice if you have more questions about this feel free to give us a call at 888-316-6672 or visit us on the web at dlaexperts.com be sure to like comment and subscribe for more solutions for your business
