My overall experience with this software has been a tremendous help with important documents and even simple task so that I don't have leave the house and waste time and gas to have to go sign the documents in person. I think it is a great software and very convenient.

airSlate SignNow has been a awesome software for electric signatures. This has been a useful tool and has been great and definitely helps time management for important documents. I've used this software for important documents for my college courses for billing documents and even to sign for credit cards or other simple task such as documents for my daughters schooling.

what's up guys redbeard here just wanted to get on here and uh talk about some pricing um and i see a lot of the tree guys posting on here having questions about pricing and so i just wanted to get on here and talk about uh some of the things that i think about while do doing pricing you know so um basically you know i don't uh i don't do anything less than for less than whatever the daily rate is and uh try to not use that term daily rate customers think that they can get away with whatever whatever you can get done in a day and that's just not true once you sell that job it's locked in so you know the say while you're at it those don't fly you gotta um get that job in writing be specific on everything that you're going to do get that job locked in for a specific price and uh and don't waver from that if they want to get you to do extra stuff while you're there because you're killing it and your crew is awesome then uh you know your customer can get bent and they can sign a new contract with you because if you get your deal in writing and you're specific on exactly what you're gonna do then you don't have to worry about the say while you're at it you don't have to worry about the customer coming out and and nitpicking your job making sure that you're doing it exactly how they want it done you already got the specs and they already signed it so having a contract is a huge thing the other thing is knowing what your base cost is going to be and then the way you do that is by adding up all of your annual expenses and and dividing that by the total number of working days that you have in a year so i it's it's great i've already done all this for you it's in my profit margin multiplier calculator and it's specific for tree services so you're going to have all the categories that you need to go in and punch in all your variables and get a daily base operating cost you can enter in your profit margin which is going to give you a price to your customer that includes a guaranteed profit and um and then the best part about this margin multiplier calculator is that after you've gotten your base cost and your base price with a pre-determined profit margin in it you're going to be able to go on to that specific job and add in specific liabilities for things like fences structures septics pools stuff like that so if you're doing uh you know just the just the removal but you're not doing the disposal um you know you can save the customer about 50 and so that's something else that you're going to be able to do too is you're going to be able to factor in if the customer is doing disposal or not see i live up here in northern minnesota and a lot of my customers are willing to do their own disposal whether i stack it for them and they use it as firewood or um that you know we just put it in a pile and they burn it when the time comes or they just haul it to the disposal site on their own um if i'm able to save my customer 50 by not doing the disposal and that's something that they're into i just locked that deal in whereas otherwise i might have been outside of their price range and so um getting all your numbers and getting uh some a range a price range that you can work in is going to help you do what's called a price drop and that's how you really lock people in so when you get contracts and when you get the margin multiplier calculator you're gonna have all the tools that you need in order to go in and sell work so i'm not talking about doing estimates anymore or bidding or emailing the customer some stuff i'm talking about closing deals and so these are the tools that you need in order to take your tree service business to the next level because uh you know you're probably already a pro at what you do and uh really the only way that you can grow your tree service company is by investing in better equipment and the way you invest in better equipment is by charging enough that you're making a good healthy profit margin so that you can reinvest that into better capital and more equipment so that you can grow your tree service business so the only real way you're gonna get to the next level is with sales and uh i have all the tools that you need in order to take your tree service sales to the next level hit me up i got template tree service contracts i also got the margin multiplier calculator which is going to help you figure out a base operating cost and a a price to the customer with a predetermined profit margin you're also going to be able to add in liabilities this stuff is huge it's a game changer i've been working on it all winter because this summer i know i'm going in with my main focus at sales and so i want to share this stuff with you guys because i know it's valuable and the reality is is that i just can't serve every market otherwise i'd take it to every market but i just want to help you guys and uh you know honestly i'm going to make a little bit of cheddar while i'm at it too but i'm
