[Music] hi I'm Ivonne and my team and I at UPS have assisted thousands of growing small businesses get set up for Success today I'm going to share some tips for using the UPS billing center a core use of the UPS billing center is paying invoices but I'll show you ways it can help you save time so you can focus on growing your business the UPS billing center is your One-Stop shop for managing UPS invoices it lets you view download manage and pay your invoices more efficiently reducing time spent on paperwork and giving you better insights into your shipping costs to access the UPS billing center you'll use the same credentials you use to access your account at ups.com now let's get started if you set up your account on ups.com you're probably already enrolled in the UPS billing center but if a upser helped you set it up you might need to enroll yourself head to billing. ups.com and log in to check if you're enrolled for quick enrollment all you need to do is find one of your recent invoices it should be from the last 45 days and one of the last three you received once you have it fill out the necessary information to confirm both your account details and identity remember once you're enrolled you won't receive paper invoices anymore I'll explain this a little bit later in the video when first getting started there are three helpful steps you can take to simplify billing tasks first up you'll want to add a payment method to your UPS billing cter wallet you may have entered a credit card during account setup but we don't store that payment information to your UPS billing center wallet or your ups.com account because we only use it for identity verification so you'll need to enter your preferred payment option whether that's a credit card debit card bank account or even PayPal once you set this up it becomes your default payment method for your weekly invoices I also like to note that even though you use the same credentials to access both the UPS billing center and ups.com your payment methods are not sync across the two you'll need to add edit or delete payment methods from both places separately secondly I recommend you sign up for both automatic payments and email invoices if you haven't already this allows you to receive your newest invoice delivered to your inbox each week as a password protected PDF I prefer this because it helps avoid late fees and limits the amount of paperwork I must keep track of just so you know invoices are generated over the weekend and are ready to view by Monday morning capturing any charges from deliveries made the previous week payments need to be received by the due date on the invoice third I recommend that you take a minute to visit the notifications area of my preferences section within UPS billing center and review the many options available here there are multiple ways you can personalize the notifications you receive so you can get the information most important to you all right let's wrap up with a few more things that can help simplify your UPS billing center experience did you know that if you're already logged in at ups.com you can quickly navigate over to the UPS filling Center by clicking the blue circle with your initial in the upper right hand corner and selecting View and pay bill in the drop- down menu if one of your eligible packages doesn't arrive by the guaranteed delivery date use the dispute and refund History Section to quickly file a service refund request it's typically a lot quicker than calling in your request keep in mind though if you purchase your shipping label at the UPS store location you'll still need to contact the UPS store location that provided your shipping label to help with your request now on to one of my favorite features the reporting and search tool use this to quickly dig up any invoice by tracking number or to check out adjustments and other key details plus you can download all your invoices from the my invoices page to keep your records tidy and up to dat they're available in both PDF and CSV format if you have team members who need access to the UPS billing center it's super easy to add users and assign them when of four roles based on the access they require it can be helpful to make sure you have two administ rators per account so someone within your company always has access it's good practice to regularly Review Who's Got access to what personally I like to set a quarterly reminder on my calendar to do this so I don't forget lastly if you ever need more detailed help be sure to
