And as an entrepreneur, you're wearing so many hats, that if you're not careful, you're going to spend so much time doing the minor things that don't really affect the bottom line versus you actually need to spend more time doing the major things that is going to add to your bottom line. So what does it mean? For example, if you're doing sales for your business, you want to make sure any admin tasks that's associated with sales should be outsourced, so that you could just spend time talking to the prospect, talking to your leads. Likewise, with social media, for example, if you're actually data entering some content into a system or into a scheduling tool, well, that's actually time wasted. So you really want to make sure that you analyze your task just because you wrap up something as under sales, it doesn't mean that there isn't any small tasks within sales that you can't outsource. So this is where you get really focused and auditing your to do tasks to really look for where are you spending the minor things Because with those minor things, when you add up the minor things, it might be five minutes here, there, but it adds up to hours and hours of your time.
