about placeholders alternate classes for RTL support etc for instance to display the invoice date under the logo you can simply copy the invoice date placeholder and paste it under the logo in code editor you can see that the invoice date beneath the logo in the visual editor once all the settings are configured specify an appropriate name for the template say my invoice and save it if there are no existing templates saved then the created template will be activated automatically if multiple templates are saved it will be listed under my templates with provisions to activate edit and delete on editing an existing template you will be redirected back to the customized window you can make the necessary changes to the template and save it as usual to activate the edited template click on activate there is an Advanced Options section where you can insert additional order or product metadata into your invoice to add a product meta say weight from the product meta details click on add product meta and into the pop-up that appears key in an appropriate field name which will be displayed on the invoice and enter the meta key as it is the meta key for the parameter weight is underscore weight you can see the product meta weight added under the product in the invoice similarly you can add order meta details also by default you are provided with some of the order meta that can be selected from the drop-down in addition you can add the existing order meta field and key in an appropriate value in the field name and meta key fields use the footer section if you need to set up a custom footer message specifically for your invoice if not specified the plugin will take the content from general settings save your changes by clicking on the update Settings button now that all your general as well as invoice specific settings are configured you can go ahead generate print send us an email or even download the invoice
