- How to upload DocuSign templates to signNow
MultiOption 1 (for multi-document templates)
- 01. Log in to your DocuSign account and click the Templates tab.
- 02. Select the template you’d like to download and click Use next to it.
- 03. Now, send the template to your email address.
- 04. Open the DocuSign notification in your email inbox. Сlick REVIEW DOCUMENT.
- 05. Click OTHER ACTIONS and select Print & Sign from the dropdown.
- 06. Select Upload in the popup window and click CONTINUE >DOWNLOAD.
- 07. Your browser settings will determine if the file can open in a browser window or is downloaded automatically. If your document opens in a browser window, use the browser controls at the top of the window to download your template as a PDF.
ONEOption 2 (for one-page templates)- 01. Log in to your DocuSign account and click the Templates tab.
- 02. Click the template you’d like to download to open it.
- 03. That’s it, the page will open in a browser window where you can download it or it will be downloaded automatically.
- How to upload DocuSign templates to signNow
- 01. Log in to your signNow account. Click Upload or Create in the upper left corner and select Upload Templates from the dropdown.
- 02. Select PandaDoc templates saved on your computer or cloud storage to upload them to your signNow account.
Note: You can select and upload an unlimited number of templates at a time.
- 03. The templates you’ve uploaded will be saved to the Templates folder where you can instantly create a signature invite or share a template via a link.
- 04. Select a template and click Prepare and Send to send it for signature in a role-based order.
- 05. The template will open in the signNow editor where you can add multiple recipients and assign roles, set up a signing order, and drag and drop fillable fields.
Note: Fillable fields added in PandaDoc will not be converted to fillable fields in signNow.

To upload a list of users from your PandaDoc account to your signNow organization, you’ll need to transfer user data to an .xls or .xlsx document.
Note: Your .xlsx or .xls file must contain an Email column. The First Name and Last Name columns are optional. All other columns will be ignored.
Once you’ve created the .xls file, follow these steps:
- 02. Click Admin Console or Add User in your signNow account.
- 02. Click Invite Users From .XLS >Choose File and upload the .xls file with user details from your device.
That’s it, now every user from your PandaDoc account will be uploaded to your signNow organization.
