PARTITION DEED(Mineral/Royalty) State: County: Parties: (Names and Addresses) Effective Date: Each of the Parties to this Partition Deed own an undivided interest in the (minera l estate/royalty) in the lands (the "Lands") located in the county and state, named above, described as follows: (Description of Lands that are Subject to the Partition Deed) The Parties to this Partition Deed have determined that it is in their best interest to partition among themselves the (mineral estate/royalty) they own in the Lands to the effect that each of them shall own the entire (mineral estate/royalty) in certain segregated tracts of the Lands and no longer own an undivided interest in the (mineral estate/royalty) in all of the Lands. For adequate consideration, each Party to this Partition Deed grants, sells, conveys, and partitions to the other Parties, all of (his/her) undivided interests in the (mineral estate/royalty) in certain portions of the Lands, to the effect that after execution, delivery, and recordi ng of this Deed, each Owner shall own all of the (mineral estate/royalty) in the tract of L and described opposite each Party's name, and the other Parties will no longer own any interest in the tract Party Description of Tract 1. 2.3.Following execution, delivery, and recording of this Deed, as of the Effective Date, each Party shall no longer claim to own, or shall own, any interest in the (mineral estate /royalty), except in the tract described above, set opposite each Party's name. This Deed shall be deemed to contain adequate words of grant to give full effect to the stated intent of the Parties, and shall be binding on each Party's heirs, successors, and assigns.
