[_BANK_] and any successor trustee shall be entitled to receive reasonable compensation out of trust property, and shall render such accounting as is required by law. 3. REVOCABILITY The Settlor reserves the right to amend or revoke this trust, or any portion of it, at any time by authentic act. After the death of the Settlor, [_WIFE_] shall have the right to revoke the trust, or any portion of it, any time by authentic act. Any amendment or revocation shall be effectiv e immediately upon delivery of the amending or revoking act to the trustee. 4. BENEFICIARY The Settlor shall be sole income and principal beneficiary of the trust during his lifetime, and his interest shall be subject to voluntary alienation. After th e death of the Settlor, [_WIFE_] shall be the sole income and principal beneficiary. Income shall be dist ributed not less frequently than quarterly. 5. TERM This trust shall terminate upon the death of the survivor of the Settlor and [_WIFE_] , if not previously revoked.
