CAUSE NO.             , Individually, and       , DEFENDANT AGREED ORDER ON APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL MASTER THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Motion of the Defendant seeking appointment of a Special Master and/or Receiver, and the Court having considered the Motion, and having considered the arguments made by the parties during the             ,       hearing, and having been advised by the Plaintiff that there is no objection to the appointment of a Special Master in this case, is of the opinion that the Motion is well taken and should be granted on the basis of this Agreed Order.
