Ratifying Party desires to ratify the Assignment and a ll its terms. For adequate consideration, Ratifying Party ratifies and confirms all of the terms and provisions of the Assignment to the same extent and effect as if Ratifying Party was a signatory party to the Assignment. Further, Ratifying Party grants, assigns, and conveys to (Assignee's Name and Address) all of Ratifying Party's rights, title, and interests in the Leases as to t he lands they cover that are the subject of the Assignment. It is stipulated that this Ratification will have the effect of vesting in Assignee of all of Ratifying Parties interest in the Leases and lands that were included in the Assignment.
