COSIGNER AGREEMENT This Agreement is entered into on ___________________________, 20____, between ___________________________ ("Tenant"), ___________________________ ("Landlord") and ___________________________ ("Cosigner").Tenant has leased from Landlord the premises located at (Premises address): Landlord and Tenant signed a lease or rental agreement specifying the terms and conditions of this rental on ___________________________, 20____.
