TERM ROYALTY DEED (For Term of Existing Lease) State: County: Grantor: (Name and Address) Grantee: (Name and Address) Effective Date: Grantor, named above, is owner of an undivided mineral interest in the lands described below. This mineral interest is presently subject to an Oil and Gas Lease (the "Lease") from Grantor, as Lessor, to ____, as Lessee, dated ____, recorded in Volume ____, page ____ of the ____ Records of the county and state named above. The Lease is on the following lands loca ted in that county and state (the "Lands"), all of which are the subject of this Deed: (Description of Lands Covered by Lease) In the Lease, Grantor reserved a (Fraction or Percentage) royalty (the "Royalty"), payable to Grantor out of production of oil and/or gas produced from the Lease. Grantor desires to transfer and assign to Grantee, named above, Grantor's right to receive (all/part, describe the interest to be conveyed) of the Royalty for a term of (Specify Period of Time, or As Long as the Lease Remains Effective, etc.) (the “Term”). For adequate consideration, subject to the terms of the Lease and this Conveyance, Grantor conveys, and transfers to Grantee, (percentage or fraction) of Grantor’s royalty interest, being a (percentage or fraction of 8/8) of production from the Lands. This Deed from Grantor to Grantee is subject to the following: 1. Under no circumstances shall Grantee's right to receive the Royalty conveyed by thi s Deed extend beyond the end of the Term. At the end of the Term, Grantee's right to re ceive Royalty shall terminate and automatically revert to Grantor and Grantor's heirs, personal representatives, successors, and/or assigns. After the end of the Term Grantee shall have no further right, title, interest, or claim in or to any part of the Royalty. 2. Grantees right to receive a part of the Royalty is subject to the terms and provisions of the Lease relating to the payment of Royalty. Any deductions from the payments made to Grantee shall be governed by the provisions of the Lease. This Deed and all its terms and provisions shall be binding on and inure to the benefit of Grantor and Grantee and their respective heirs, personal representatives, successors, and/or assigns.
