AGREED REVOCATION OF PREMARITAL AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT, made this _____ day of ______________ , 20 ____ , between ______________________________ (“Wife") and ____________________________ , ("Husband"), both herein referred to as “Parties”. The Parties rights and obligations shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and any other agreements the Parties may enter into.
