AGREEMENT TO PARTITION COMMUNITY PROPERTY(Creating Joint Tenancy with Right of Survivorship) STATE: _____________________________ COUNTY: _____________________________ 1. We desire to partition this comm unity property in order that each of us will then own this Property as separate property, without prejudice to pre-existing creditors. 2.
