Included in the agreement is an agreement not to disclose trade secrets of the client such as inventions, products, processes, machinery, apparatus, prices, discounts, costs, business affairs, future plans, or technical data. Employee Permission to do a Background Check - This is a form signed by an employee or prospective employee granting an employer permission to do a background check. Agreement for Professional or Technical Services Relating to Planning - This form is to be used when the company will be providing professional services. It is drafted in favor of the company providing the services. Consulting Agreement - A consultant is someone who gives expert or professional advice. Consultants are ordinarily hired on an independent contractor basis, therefore, the hiring party is not liable to others for the acts or omissions of the consultant.
