CONVEYANCE OF HUNTING RIGHTS FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged the undersigned do hereby convey and warrant unto __________ the exclusive rights to hunt on the lands of the undersigned located in __________ County, __________ more particularly described as follows: Grantee shall be entitled to erect "Posted" signs on the property and remove any trespassers. The undersigned shall be entitled to hunt on the property together with their guest provided the guest is accompanied by the undersigned. Grantee is also entitled to erect hunting stands on trees located on the property and may clear and plant food plots for game provided each plots is less than one (1) acre in total area. Grantee shall also have the right to open and maintain trails and logging roads for the purpose of traveling over the property in exercise of the rights herein granted.
