This notice is a required and irrevocable condition to the acceptance of the property by purchaser. In case any person fails to comply with this notice, the property shall be held in the name of the seller and sold by him or her as the purchaser desires, provided, however, that said buyer shall not be liable to seller for the value of such property in any event after twelve (12) months from receipt of the notice of noncompliance by said person. B. Buyer shall have the right to withdraw, with or without notice, without penalty and without any obligation to pay any fee. C. Buyer shall not be entitled to damages or other relief in favor of seller. D. To exercise the right to withdraw, buyer shall give notice of such withdrawal as directed in these conditions of sale. E. Within sixty (60) days after execution of this sale contract sale-offering purchase contract or this deed, buyer may either sell or transfer, in which event buyer shall, upon written notice to seller by at least 12:00 of the business day on the fifth day of the sale-offering purchase contract or this deed, return the property as herein described to the seller.
