Custodial Parent has continuously been the Child’s primary caretaker. The Child’s quality and style of life are provided by Custodial Parent and the Child’s interests are closely interwoven with those of Custodial Parent . Custodial Parent’s wife _________________________ (name of wife) has established a close relationship with Child, which will allow _____________________________ (Name of Child) to continue to live in a continuing family unit. 6. The move will improve the general quality of life for Custodial Parent and Child . 7. The move would create enhanced educational opportunities for the Child at the new school because of its academic program. The Child has demonstrated great interest in __________________________________ (area of interest), and the new school would offer the Child excellent training in this area that is not now available at the Child’s present school. 9. Custodial Parent’s work place would be only a 15-minute drive from the home. 10. Modified visitation caused by the move will be adequate to foster a continuing, meaningful relationship between the Child and Non-Custodial Parent as contemplated by the present visitation order and parenting plan.
